Agradable pero debe mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica y el área de la piscina es agradable

Cons:

El personal del lobby no es amable, deben mejorar la calidad de servicio al cliente

La limpieza es pésima, el baño y cocina de la habitación parece que tenía tiempo sin limpiar

Overall everything was fine. But I was upset either with room.
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel and the hotel itself is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times before for vacation.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room that I was booked for the amount that I paid for.

Lo que pedí (distribución de los departamentos no se cumplió. Arrendamos un apartamento más grande y ni siquiera estaba con sábanas el sillón, de hecho lo ofrecen pero no lo hacen. Pedí otro dpto con vista al mar y con sillón cama el cual nunca estuvo. Otro dpto tenía las sábanas manchadas y la cortina de la ducha rota. En el fondo pagamos para dormir 12 personas en 4 departamentos y nos tuvimos que apretar. La información que envían no es la que corresponde

Would not go back unless I was there for a college spring break.

The unit was very outdated and rundown, and the elevators were outdated and not user friendly.

faltaba limpieza en los utensilios de cocina, la pava eléctrica no funcionaba, nos faltaba una cama,

La ubicacion es excelente, la vista tambien. La pileta muy buena, salida a la playa espectacular.

Cons:

Las camas son muy incomodas, me desperte todos los dias con dolor de espalda. La cortina del baño tiene hongos. Habia cucarachas en el baño y en la habitacion. Una noche me desperte con una cucaracha gigante que caminaba por mi mano. Quise comunicarme con el angitrion para alargar mi estadia, ya pasaron 12 horas y jamas me respondio.

La ubicación. El edificio es viejo pero se mantiene bien. La zona de pileta esta muy bien.
No hay rampa de acceso para personas con movilidad reducida

Cons:

El equipamiento del dpto. Eramos tres 3 personas y había solo una toalla de mano. Hay escoba y no hay pala. La vajilla escasa: 2 bols, 4 platos playos, uno hondo, todos diferentes. No hay: abrelatas, papel de cocina, trapo de cocina. Realmente muy precario y todo eso puede resolverse con poco dinero.

Location was great, accommodation not good
Pros:

The view was nice, decor in the room was good.

Cons:

The room was warm even after AC was turned on by mgmt. I didn't know the light switch next to thermostat turned the unit on. There were 4 roaches that we killed, i purchased some roach spray the next day(pest control needed asap).I can't stand bugs of any kind so this made our stay uncomfortable. No washcloths provided we had to buy our own. Closet door was off the track(mgmt was notified), tv remote was missing back closure(informed mgmt).
