Location was great, accommodation not good
Pros:

The view was nice, decor in the room was good.

Cons:

The room was warm even after AC was turned on by mgmt. I didn't know the light switch next to thermostat turned the unit on. There were 4 roaches that we killed, i purchased some roach spray the next day(pest control needed asap).I can't stand bugs of any kind so this made our stay uncomfortable. No washcloths provided we had to buy our own. Closet door was off the track(mgmt was notified), tv remote was missing back closure(informed mgmt).

Great location for the price.
Pros:

Location. Great spot near the beach.

Cons:

Some of the features were outdated or broken in the building. Elevator keypad, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Flooring was replaced by a DIY floor installer. Some dead bugs in drawers.

I will stay clear from this building
Cons:

The room was damp and moldy. Every door and AC outlet were rusty and had dirt and mold. The ceiling and wall were full of uneven holes covered with ugly patches. The shower, sink and toilet was horrible too. The room had something sprayed inside it, maybe to coverup some kind of odor, which will quickly give you breathing irritation and headache.

La ubicación y la vista al mar son excelentes! La atención de Juana y su disposición a que siempre todo esté bien es de destacar.

Cons:

No pudimos abrir las ventanas. El lugar concentra mucha humedad. La bacha de lavar platos es muy pequeña.

Nice beach location but yucky room.
Cons:

Dirty room. Hard to access. Long wait at the reception desk for code including additional paperwork. Towels for only 2 even though we paid for 3.

Pros:

Acceso a la playa, pileta ,gimnasio.
Ascensores rápidos y el servicio de valet parking bueno ( cosa q tenía miedo porque había leído malos comentarios al respecto)
