Pros:

Struttura situata davanti alle piramidi di Giza, vista stupenda anche dalla camera. Sul rooftop viene servita la colazione, molto suggestivo.

Cons:

La camera al nostro arrivo non era pulitissima, ma niente che non potessimo aspettarci. Gli infissi sono di pessima qualità, sentirete tutto ciò che succede nella piazzetta sotto l’hotel.
La mattina verranno a bussare in camera per informarvi che la colazione è pronta, arriverete sul rooftop e dovrete aspettare….

Hôtel aux pieds des pyramides
Pros:

Hôtel au pied des pyramides et du sphinx, la vue était splendide depuis notre chambre et du toit terrasse. La géolocalisation est idéal pour vous rendre à pied visiter les pyramides. Le personnel était sympathique

Beaucoup de bruit et de klaxonne dans la rue, mais la géolocalisation était parfaite pour les commerces à proximité et la vue splendide.

Pros:

Хороший отельчик, расположен около входа на Пирамиды. Номер обычный: душ, туалет, кондицинер, небольшой холодильник - всё есть. С балкона и с терассы открывается шикарный вид на пирамиды,.
Ахмед, хозяин отеля, быстро решал все вопросы.
Сам район около пирамид дорогой, лучше покупать воду и прочее отойдя пару кварталов.
Отель за свою цену хороший, можно брать. Но надо понимать, что это по сути гостевой дом, а не отель в привычном понимании. Например, уборка номера по запросу, если вдруг забыли поставить чайник - надо сказать чтобы принесли. Ремонт +/-. В Гизе, всё что не дорогое, всё такое. Уже не первый раз тут.

Утром здороваешься со Сфинксом.
Pros:

Лучшее здесь - это вид с балкона (и из окна тоже). Представьте - встаёте рано утром, вокруг тишина, солнце толко всходит, прямо перед вами лицо Сфинкса. И ты ему говоришь: "Здравствуй Сфинкс!" А фоном стоят пирамиды. Это как Чудо.
Номер чистый, кровати удобные. Не хватало хотя бы одного стула - посидеть на балконе. Завтрак, в местных реалиях, нормальный - яйцо, сыр, колбаса, сливочный сыр, булки, джем, чай, кофе, сок, фрукты. Персонал доброжелательный.

Bir defa tuttugumuz odayı vermediler en kötüsü ile baslayayım. Baya baya kötü odaya maruz kaldık pitramit manzaralı dendi iç avluya bakan oda verildi ama indirimli yaptılar allahtan! Yalnızca piramit görmeye gidiyor iseniz ve ucuz otel olsun diyorsanız aşırı doğru adres yürüyerek piramitlere geçersiniz, odanızdan piramit kahvaltı esnasında çatıdan piramit manzaralı bunların hepsi mümkün. Ama başka hiçbirşey yok. Temizlik kötü, fotoğraflar yanıltıcı. Odaların fotoğrafı da kahvaltı fotoğrafı da aynı değil. Odalar eski. Duş başlıkları falan sökük cok temiz değil odada kaşındık böcek var sandık pencere balkon kapıları tam kapanmıyor sinekler uçuşuyor. Dısarıda asırı gürültülü, devesini atını döven tipler, bin tane taksici uberci tip otelde asagıda sizi bekliyor kafanıza ucusuyorlar. Ama tüm mısır böyle yani piramit harici hiçbirşey yok. Asırı kötü ülke. Ondan otelden de cok beklenti olmasın sma en azından 1 gün kal dön direkt. 3 gece kalmak cok zordu. Duş alamadım hijyenik göremedim. Kahvaltı da bir tane haslanmıs yumurta, muz ( her gün gelmiyor bile) portakal suyu hazır marketten , çok kötü açıkta kalmış kurumuş peynir salam portakal dilimi jöle gibi bir reçelimsi bişi geliyor oldr. 1 gün için fiyat ok ama kalanı gereksiz.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the best thing about this place is definitely its location. It is situated right in front of the Pyramids of Giza, and waking up every day to that incredible view was simply magical.

Another highlight is the breakfast, which is served on the rooftop terrace. Enjoying breakfast each morning with such a breathtaking view of the pyramids made the experience even more special.

We also arranged our tours through the hotel. Ahmed was extremely helpful in organizing everything for us. One of the tours we took was to Alexandria with our guide Ali, and we highly recommend him. Ali was the best guide we had during our trip, and thanks to him we had a truly memorable experience in Egypt.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Egypt.

Fantastisk och trygg.
Pros:

Frukosten var mycket bra och personalen såg till att våra önskemål uppfylldes.

Från rummet hade vi dessutom en fantastisk utsikt över pyramiderna, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu mer speciell.

All personal på hotellet var mycket hjälpsam och bemötte oss alltid med ett leende.

Cons:

Jag är mycket nöjd och har ingenting att klaga på.

Lüks ve rahat.
Pros:

Otel odası ve manzara harikaydı, piramitlere zaten çok yakındı. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi, genel olarak memnunum.

Cons:

Ödeme yaparken bekledigimizden biraz fazla ödedik ancak rezervasyon yaparken dikkatli olursanız böyle bir sorun yaşamazsınız.

DONT COME. It's a scam!

DONT COME. It's a scam! They cheat on the room type and even gave us less beds than we booked. Even when we argued the rooms he gave were not the same as our booking, and showed him the confirmation info, he only said "oh i don't know". This is your property, what do you mean you don't know???? He even tried to ask for an extra payment to the room we already paid for and booked. Totally a scam! Don't come. The rooms are shitty as well, smelly, beds are dirty like never been cleaned for months, the rooms are full of smoke every night and morning. The shower leaks, and the water is not hot. The environment is very noisy. The wall of the room is not even solid, you can easily push it to move, I wonder if the we were just walking through the room next door.

Super Lage und Leute, wahnsinns Ausblick, Sauberkeit und Lärm dürfen nicht stören.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal waren super, auch die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert.
Wir hatten aus dem Zimmer Ausblick auf alle drei Pyramiden und die Sphynx. Von der Dachterrasse aus ist das Panorama noch schöner!
Der via Hotel gebuchte Ausflug nach Fayoum und El Wadi war auch gut, alles tiptop geklappt.
Haben bei Ankunft alles bezahlt. Der via Hotel gebuchte Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat auch gut geklappt.
Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren OK. Preis-Leistung war für uns sehr gut.
Alle Leute waren sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas klein (für je zwei Personen) und nicht sehr bequem.
Sauberkeit war tadellos, der WC-Deckel war lose und Balkon- sowie Duschkabienenschiebetüren waren knifflig zu benutzen. Auch zu späten Stunden hört man Lärm von draussen (Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, falls man Ruhe braucht).

Despite the nice impression from the staff, disappointed.

The location (proximity to the Pyramids) is good, though the neighbourhood is bad.

Hotel staff were very nice. Ahmed is very welcoming person, the other guys too - tried their best to be helpful. Always smiling and polite.

Cons:

I am being honest: very dirty (hair on the towels and bed sheets), chewing gum in the corner of the shower, no hand soap, the furniture falling apart. Impossible to sleep on the mattress, because when you lay down, you touch the bed frame.

The hotel room, the breakfast, the view don’t look like on the photos! It needs a renovation.

The roof terrace is only half constructed, we had a feeling that we are sitting on the construction site.

Nice located and well built property, good working maintenance, cleaning and most of the service stuff.

Managerial skills and abilities of mgr on duty Ahmad are questionable: shuttle to pick up from Cairo airport was sent late, arrived 1.5 hours later after our arriving time. Our room wasn't available, Ahmad tried to push us into a twice smaller, than supposed to be, room, then he tried to push us to share a two bedroom unit with two strangers for a night. mgr Ahmad wasn't aware about vacancies at the hotel, he stated that hotel is fully booked, and we have no other options there, which wasn't true. With my wife, we are retired property and hotel business managers, so we've found a vacant room at the hotel right away, that room door was partially open and key left in the lock. It wasn't pleasant one and half hour check in, quite a tense experience for an over 70 year old couple. The next day we were transfered to the room, we've reserved, which was good enough. But when we tried to extend our stay at that room for two more nights, Ahmad declined it, due to zero availability, as he stated, but which wasn't true. When we checked availability through Flydubai/Booking we see dozen of vacancies, and two similar rooms available, we've got confirmation from you and confirmation from the hotel Management. But despite these facts, later same evening mgr on shift Ahmad tried to evict us, despite the fact that our 2 night extension was confirmed by hotel and his management. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional, he was staying that hotel has no vacancies to give us extension, despite the fact that your site was showing many vacancies, including one more available unit similar to ours. Afterwards, when we asked him to connect us to the hotel Management, Ahmad dropped his idea of our eviction and left us alone. What's the guy, he called himself as a general manager???
