We had an absolutely unforgettable stay!
I was there with my two daughters, and from the very first moment we were welcomed with such genuine warmth. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
One of the biggest highlights was the sensational upgrade we received – such a beautiful surprise! Our room was विशाल, stunning, and truly elevated our entire experience.
The breakfast was simply amazing: a huge buffet, prepared with so much care and even brought directly to our room – pure luxury.
And the view… just WOW. We had a direct, unobstructed view of the Sphinx and all three pyramids – absolutely magical. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will never forget.
For us, it’s clearly five stars – it truly doesn’t get any better than this.
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience – we would love to come back anytime.

Matratzen völlig desolat und durchgelegen, gebuchte Suite für 4 war nicht verfügbar, stattdessen 2 Doppelzimmer, Frühstück entsprach nicht annähernd den Fotos

Sehr nettes Personal sehr bemüht und nicht zu aufdringlich. Pick up vom Flughafen hat super geklappt. Aussicht ist m.E. nicht zu übertreffen.

Spectacular Panorama of the Pyramids and the Sphinx
Pros:

If you’re looking for a breath-taking view of the pyramids, this is the place to be. The hotel itself is lovely, with warm, attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and we often had the terrace almost entirely to ourselves during breakfast — the perfect spot to soak in that unforgettable panorama. We paid $50 extra to get a room on the 4th floor, so the view was even better!!!

Cons:

This part isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the road outside was quite noisy at night, and the dogs barked loudly until the early hours. Cleanliness was acceptable overall, though we did have to request extra toilet paper (we could have easily bought some ourselves, but kept forgetting). A word of caution about the hot water in both the sink and the shower — it can get extremely hot very quickly. I actually burned my hand on the first night, but once I figured out how to adjust it, it was manageable. The balcony door in our room didn’t lock properly either, though we weren’t carrying any valuables, so it wasn’t a major concern for us.

Pros:

피라미드와 스핑크스가 아주 잘 보여요. 앞에 뷰를 헤치는 건물이 없어서 탁 트이게 볼 수 있습니다. 뷰가유이루하누장응점므이예이에이요우.

Cons:

조식이 사진에 나온 것과 달라요. 사진엔 진수성찬에 생과일주스가 보이지만 현실은 팩 주스 하나에, 햄과 치즈 조금, 삶은 달걀, 신선하지 않은 과일 조금 그리고 빵 한 무더기입니다. 따듯한 차나 커피도 없었어요. 저는 새벽에 도착해 조식을 2인에 700파운드 주고 사 먹었는데 (부킹 사진처럼 나오는 줄 알았음) 실제 서빙 받은 걸 보니 700파운드는 눈탱이라는 걸 알았네요. 실제 사진 추가할게요. 그래도 나름 제가 예쁘게 찍어서 그렇지 가까이서 보면 먹을게 없어유. 그리고 무료 와이파이가 있으나, 와이파이가 없다고 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다. 느려서 아무것도 못해요.

Der Ausblick ist grandios
Pros:

Die Lage war unglaublich, direkter Blick vom Zimmer auf die Pyramiden. Beim Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, wieder dieser unverbaute Blick auf das letzte Weltwunder ! Die Gastgeber waren seht freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay, nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, aber man bemühte sich.

Beautiful terrace, room view pyramids and great service
Pros:

Location was perfect, and the view from the room was incredible ❤️ the personal is super nice, answers fast and accommodates you with everything. Would definitely go back. The terrace is like heaven on earth!

Cons:

The bed sheets were not so clean but the rest was perfect.
