Very bad and dont stay any one better look another hotal

Very bad hotal. No cleaning no maintence and poor responce pls dont stay any one better railway station far better toilet 2021 i belive clean stupid people

The room was very poorly maintained. The floor was sticky, and there was visible dust on the pillows and bed area. I also noticed small insects and flying bugs inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Pros:

I stayed there for 10 days. A very safe place for women to stay.

Cons:

There were so many cockroaches in the room, a/c was not working, there was no hot water for first 4 days.. .after requesting for change of room also we were not alloted the same.

Pros:

Property loctaion was very gud its near by everything so that was good

Cons:

Staff behavior was not good while we are checking out from staff bell the ring and directly came in side the room and asking check out kab kr rahe ho…. Our checkout timing was 12 and we were late for checkout
