Warmes Wasser im Pool und jacuzzi(30/35°) und das Wasser ist aus den Quellen,kein Chlorwasser. Weise Lacken in Spa. Alles sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes, grosses Bett. Modernes Bad.

frühstück & abend essen sehr gut , lage des hotels top. personal sehr freundlich. zimmer top ausgestattet und gepflegt

Cons:

keine termine für spa anwendungen kurzfristig buchbar , samstag 2pm war das spa personal verschwunden, sauna ("ruhebereich" 3liegen !) viel zu klein für das hotel.

Мы провели 3 замечательных ночи в Spa Hotel Iris в Карловых Варах и остались очень довольны. Отель чистый, уютный и с приятной атмосферой для отдыха. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Особенно понравилась spa-зона — всё аккуратно, спокойно и расслабляюще. Номер был комфортный, чистый и достаточно просторный. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отеля удобное, всё рядом. Наши ожидания полностью оправдались, отдых получился отличным. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим.

Wir haben 3 wundervolle Nächte im Spa Hotel Iris in Karlsbad verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und hat eine angenehme, entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns der Spa-Bereich gefallen – alles ist gepflegt, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, alles ist in der Nähe. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze, das ist ein Problem. Aber wahrscheinlich kann man nichts dagegen tun.

Standard ma con una bella Spa
Pros:

Senza ombra di dubbio, l’area benessere con le piscine è il punto forte: molto pulita e ben curata. Le saune, seppur piccole, sono piacevoli, e l’idromassaggio caldo è una vera coccola. La camera, pur essendo standard, era molto pulita e dotata di un bel bagno.

Cons:

Alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere migliorati: i cuscini erano molto scomodi, quasi privi di imbottitura, e in camera non era disponibile un’alternativa. Anche il letto non risultava particolarmente confortevole. Sarebbe utile trovare in stanza almeno un bollitore con del tè e magari una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia.

L’area relax della spa è davvero piccola, con soli quattro lettini; se altri ospiti li occupano a lungo (come è accaduto), diventa impossibile godersi lo spazio e non si sa dove sedersi.

A colazione abbiamo avuto un inconveniente spiacevole (e una maggiore scelta vegana sarebbe auspicabile): mentre mangiavamo i cereali, abbiamo trovato al loro interno un pezzo di plastica.

Infine, non ci è stato comunicato per tempo che i massaggi e gli altri trattamenti andavano prenotati prima del weekend. Essendo presenti proprio nel fine settimana, non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei vari servizi, che immaginiamo comunque di ottima qualità.
