Pros:

Rooms were not ready. Despite calling in advance to keep the rooms ready, we were given rooms with lights not working, flush not working and smelling rooms. Manager made excuses it's late in night now and he can't fix anything. Pathetic attitude. Avoid.

OK experience if solo traveler.
Pros:

OK place for solo travelers. Not for couples. Maybe local business travelers.
Breakfast is 2-3 items, which was indeed good, hot and fresh.
The staff is helpful.
But sheets, blankets or towels do not feel hotel fresh.
TV channels did not work at all - while I was there, even though the staff showed up to fix it promptly, But never did.

Pros:

Everything was good except, I had booked through booking.com app I had booked it for 6 days but my plan got changed and had to checkout 4 days, there was no way to modify this booking even hotel staff didn't help to do that and I had to pay for 6 days even though I left in 4 days.

Everything else was good.

Good stay (value driven). Good breakfast. Everything went smooth
Pros:

Location is good for employees going to Adarsh/Intel/Samsung/MIcrosoft/Ecospace who are looking for budget stay.
Main highlights are
1. OK connectivity (Sarjapur traffic is one issue though)
2. Spacious room with nice Aircon
3. Good Tasty breakfast (limited but tasty options) (its subjective)

Cons:

Morning breakfast should be ready before 8 (as mentioned in hotel info)

Pros:

1. rusted iron bars in Bathroom,
2. 5 liter gyser which is useless, no hot water at all, the soap provided in bathroom was low quality,
3. TV channels not working since the subscription not paid by hotel.

Cons:

Spacious room, quite feels native and available in good location of acces.
