LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
All passengers must carry their ID or passport at the check-in time. Passengers under the age of 18 must enter the Hotel in the company of at least one of their parents, guardian or responsible properly accredited by the competent authority with the original legal documentation indicating the relationship that exists between them. In case of noncompliance the Hotel must give notice to the Public Ministry, National Police or Local Governments (Law No. 30802).

Muy buena ubicación.
El desayuno puede mejorar, había obras ruidosas y se oye mucho ruido de la calle lo que dificulta dormir. No hay infusiones de cortesía. Muy poca presión del agua de ducha.
Hotel was cleaned. Closed to the Plaza de Armas.
The walking distance from the parking lot. Pricing changed, when I booked the hotel the total was $246.78, but at the hotel I was charged $249.95. The bed made a lot of noise everytime I moved. The complemantary breakfast was okay, not what it used to be.

Vi que a un huésped le ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía y a mi no, lastima que ya estaba de salida.
Saliendo del baño habían dos gradas que daban un poco de miedo sobre todo saliendo de bañarme ya que podía caerme.
Localização, limpeza, organizacao e atendimento
la ubicacion fue excelente (5 min de la plaza de armas), en una zona no tan transitada por lo que ofrecia tranquilidad, el parqueamiento tambien muy sencillo (a 5 minutos e incluido), el servicio y seguridad fue muy bueno, la calidad del desayuno también.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, cerca al centro histórico en donde se encuentran varios lugares turísticos a visitar. El desayuno básico, pero muy rico. El personal muy atento y cordial.
Que el hotel brindara el servicio de transporte hacia el aeropuerto.
