El desayuno malo, la limpieza, no te cambian las toallas, no tiene aire acondicionado
La comodidad y limpieza de la habitación. Mi hija quedó encantada con todo. La terraza de la habitación es genial.
Por el calor, un ventilador más.
Me gusto la piscina bastante grande, las pizzas buenas también.
Deberían especificar que hay habitaciones que no están frente al mar, el almuerzo tampoco me toco pescado congelado.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, el ventilador no es suficiente, falta mantenimiento a las maderas de la terraza. La ropa de cama debe ser renovada, se ve desgastado y con algunas manchas.
No siempre había lo que pediamos en el bar de la piscina.
El lugar es tranquilo para disfrutar del mar y la piscina les encanto a mis hijos la comida es bien rica la pizzas deliciosas si me gusto todo rico a mis hijos le gustaron mas los postres

La piscina del ambiente superior.
La poca amabilidad y atención del personal. En la recepción mala bienvenida, tuve que rogar para que me den unos welcome drinks, cuando es un distintivo de ese hotel. No había mozos en el ambiente superior, había que rogar para que te traigan cosas.
La Playa
La presión del agua en el baño era demasiado baja, tenía mal olor, las toallas del hotel tenían manchas, en el techo había telas de arañas, podría remodelarse y tener el concepto de cabañas modernas/bien construidas, habían gatos sueltos y no se podía comer tranquilo, en las áreas comunes no había nada que aleje o mate a las moscas, algunos empleados no eran tan amables
La atención al huésped, la comida es deliciosa, todo fresco y las habitaciones son hermosas.
