Habitacions ben aïllades i silencioses, buffet per esmorzar complet, personal molt amable que s'ha adaptat a totes les nostres peticions extres i ens han fet recomanacions molt útils. Molt adequat per anar amb nen petit. Molt ben situat.

Lovely stay -would go back again. Canillo is a charming town with Mont Magic right on its doorstep.
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful - especially Patricio who helped with booking of attractions and restaurant bookings. Highly recommend the restaurant El Sola - portions were huge and filling. It's a family-run restaurant and they take care to ensure you have a hearty experience.The rooms are basic but nice and spacious - and clean. Our 8 year old also enjoyed the spa (which incurs an extra charge). The hotel is ideally located for our 6 day trip where we explred Andorra. It's roughly a 20-25min car journey to any of the main sights you would like to see including Andorra La Vella - convieniently, there is a bus stop located outside of the hotel which takes you straight into the capital (just make sure you have the correct money or as close to it as possoble as the buses do not take card.) Overall, it's not a 5 star hotel, but its clean, spacious and convenient. We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel to set us up for the day. Other people may complain that it is repetitive, but you are not sourcing somewhere to eat every morning, the food is fresh and there is enough of it. Plus, you aren't cooking! With regards to parking, the hotel cgarges 18 euros per day, but there is a car park located just across the street where you can park for less than 10 euros per day (including overnight).

Vacaciones tranquilas en un lugar de ensueño: Canillo (Andorra)
Pros:

Todo perfecto: limpieza, comodidad, ubicación. Las habitaciones muy cuidadas y las camas cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y muy bien atendido, todo repuesto en todo momento y el personal muy atento a que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones: un 10 para el personal del comedor. A pesar de no disponer de restaurante, tiene una cafetería en la cual se puede hacer un picoteo y cenar. La comida en la cafetería muy buena y el personal excelente (otro 10 para Martín y para Belén, grandes profesionales y muy agradables).
El spa bastante bien, aunque es pequeño, resulta cómodo y suficiente para una horita de relajación. Por último, agradecer a todo el resto de personal su amabilidad.

Cons:

En mi opinión hay dos oportunidades de mejora: la primera radica en la iluminación de la habitación la cual, desde mi punto de vista, es escasa y demasiado cálida (sería necesario algún punto más de luz); y la segunda, en el parking, es una zona muy saturada y hay que pagar por aparcar en todas partes, lo cual resulta bastante caro. Para un día no es demasiado, pero si se alargan los días estaría bien disponer de ofertas especiales para varios días.

Great place and near everything.
Pros:

Breakfast included, great selection. Opposite cable car to go up the mountain. Short walk to restaurants and a shop opposite.
The spa was small and quiet, you paid extra but there was no more than 10 allowed.
There was a children's indoor play area.

Estupendo hotel para disfrutar toda Andorra
Pros:

Atención del personal, instalaciones, todo bien conservado y limpio, desayuno, ubicación estupenda para hacer turismo y si se busca algo céntrico, hotel tranquilo y de buen ambiente en su interior, cafetería restaurante para cenas bien agradable, aparcamiemto cercano barato. Neverita. Silencio en las habitaciones (planta cuarta, al menos).

Cons:

La ducha es peigrosa, resbala.
Las almohadas muy blandas y bajas. Colchones mejorables. Luz demasiado tenue en las habitaciones

Una estancia muy agradable en familia.
Pros:

Lo que mas me gusto fue el trato del personal, tanto de recepción como del resto de servicios.
Las camas me parecieron muy cómodas.

Cons:

La configuración de la ducha + bañera hacia que todo el suelo se mojase sin remedio, por lo que la típica toalla para los pies es insuficiente.
