Cons:

no poder el coche hasta el final de jornada de esqui el domingo y tener que sacar el coche, además de cobrar 16 euros por noche de parking, me parece excesivo. Los que venimos de fuera el domingo esquiamos hasta las 17:00h, se podría dejar el coche para luego salir sin tener que busacr parking fuera del hotel. Creo que pagando 400 euros la noche se podría tener una deferencia a los que venimos a esquiar.

Como en casa
Pros:

Llevamos muchos años viniendo a este hotel… y tenemos toda la intención de seguir haciéndolo, más si cabe después del trato recibido.

Desde aquí, nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a Zoe, Nara, Mili, Patricio y el resto del personal. El hotel es estupendo, por las instalaciones, por la ubicación, la comodidad, el buffet… pero, sin duda, vosotros sois lo mejor de todo, porque nos hacéis sentir como en casa.

Estupendo hotel familiar
Pros:

Fuimos 6 adultos y 2 bebés. En la planta -2 tiene un parque infantil que está genial para que los más pequeños se entretengan un rato. Está muy bien situado para esquiadores, cerca de la cabina de Canillo. El desayuno tiene suficiente variedad y calidad. En la habitación triple pedimos y nos pusieron una segunda cuna para bebé, aunque en la reserva solo habíamos pedido una. Las cunas son resistentes y cómodas. las camas también. quizá las almohadas algo menos. El personal es muy amable. Los precios de la cafetería muy razonables. No cenamos ningún día, no puedo opinar sobre las cenas. Repetiremos si volvemos por la zona.

La ubicación esta muy bien, el desayuno también esta muy bien claro en relación a su precio que son 12€, al spa no fui

Cons:

Solo una objeción, en el parking solo había tres coches, estaba practicamente vacio, hubiera sido un detalle una disminución del precio que es de 18€ al día , un poco caro.
