Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Anlage und leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, aber der strandabschnitt und das Meer waren leider nicht so sauber.

Nice for a quiet getway!
Pros:

The staff is definetly the highlight. they have really invested in their staff and the quality of the service there. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant also serves very good food. The vibes are cool, but it is not for families with small children. The guests are older!

Not really kids friendly or have options for families with smaller children.

Very friendly staff, great having beach so close, good to have an indoor pool, good food with variety of options

Cons:

Beach could have been cleaner (was some litter). Family room was good but would have benefitted from a door or curtain between the two sleeping areas.

Séjour Exceptionnel… envie d y retourner

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel en Tunisie avec ma fille. L’établissement est magnifique, très bien entretenu, et offre un cadre à la fois apaisant et dépaysant.

Mais ce qui a véritablement rendu notre séjour inoubliable, c’est la gentillesse exceptionnelle du personnel. Toujours souriants, attentionnés et aux petits soins, chacun a contribué à créer une ambiance chaleureuse et bienveillante.

Un grand merci notamment aux jeunes cuisiniers Aziz et Yosri, ainsi qu’au chef de cuisine pour ses délicates attentions. Côté service, nous avons été choyées par Aran, Faycel, Sabri, Mohamed Ali et Hassine, tous adorables et très professionnels. Mention spéciale également à Hani à l’accueil, toujours souriant et accueillant.

Nous n’oublions pas Dali, le coach sportif, pour son professionnalisme son dynamisme, sa patience et sa bienveillance , ni Hana, qui s’occupait de notre chambre 337 avec beaucoup de soin.

Grâce à toute cette équipe formidable, tout est réuni pour passer un moment exceptionnel. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et l’envie de revenir sans hésiter.

Pros:

Belle chambre bel hôtel super repas et petit déjeuner
Tout était top … un repas absolument fabuleux pour Noël . Le personnel est vraiment adorable et le directeur une perle
