Little Gem
Pros:

The staff , reception ,Personnel greeting message from the management wishing me a fabulous stay . The concierge was very helpful. In all this hotel is a little hidden gem. The reason i gave it a 9.5 was due to finding it hard to lock the door from the outside and possibly had they had a kettle for hot water, but someone was always there to help. Thank you for a fabulous stay
