The room was well appointed and pristine. The bed was clean and comfortable. There is lots of hot water for the shower and sink. The mointain view was stunning. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I liked the location as well.

They were short of people on the day. No one was there even to help with our luggages.
Breakfast was also not in the satisfactory level.
Not good for families
I guess originally it could have been a nice hotel but it could definitely use some work now. We had to change rooms 3 times, before they found one with functioning lights and water.
We also had a staff member breaking into our room when we were out in town, and stealing all our money, so I don't have many good things to say about this place..
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in this hotel - a staff member broke into our room via balcony door, went through our bags and stole a big sum of money. The next morning after calling the police and a very stressful hour facing the staff to get out money back, one of them finally admitted stealing. Apparently they fired him, but who knows.
Besides that the rooms are not really put together.. during our check-in we ended up having to change rooms 3 times, as there were many things not working (no water, no lights etc). Also they charge you extra for the heater, and without it, it got very cold at night.

Very Clean and Tidy . They have made dinner and B’fast simply superb. Staff are so friendly especially Manager so kind full guy.
They don’t have the power backup & the heaters are not working properly. They should take much care on this technical issues.

Oda çok temizdi, bizi karsilayan ve ugurlayan arkadasimiz cok misafirperverdi, aksam ki arkadas icin biraz ayni seyi soylemek zor ama oda iyidi, fiyat fayda orani cok yuksek bir otel sadece biraz uzakta ama tuktukla ulasabilirsiniz, gece oldukca soguk oluyor nuwara eliya, otel ve booking rezervasyonunda isiticinin extra ucretli oldugu belirtilmiyor ama 1500rp istiyorlar bu bukadar soguk bolge icin kesinlikle oda fiyatinin icinde olmali! Bu konuyu onemseyin cunku cok usursunuz! Oteli ve misafirperverligi tavsiye ediyorum. Gonul rahatlihiyla kalabilirsiniz..
sevmedigim cok birsey olmadi, sadece isiticinin ucretli olmasi konusunda biraz anlasamadik ama sonra cozduk, bu konu disinda hic bir sorun yasamadik! Sicak su cok guzeldi!
Le personnel, la propreté, la literie, la chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel. Le repas du soir est appréciable aussi.

The staff were so kind & helpful, forgotten the managers name but he could not do enough to help us & also his dad, who drove us to Adams peak and back was so nice! The rooms were a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was piping hot!
It was slightly cold in our room but the shower was really hot to warm up and once wrapped up in bed was absolutely fine.
