The staff were so kind & helpful, forgotten the managers name but he could not do enough to help us & also his dad, who drove us to Adams peak and back was so nice! The rooms were a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was piping hot!
It was slightly cold in our room but the shower was really hot to warm up and once wrapped up in bed was absolutely fine.
Breakfast not satisfied and not worth for the money

Het was koud s’avonds en na vragen om een extra deken kregen we deze ook.
De weg er naar toe en de gehorigheid. De laatste nacht kwam er een bus aan met gasten waardoor wij niet konden slapen.
Door de kou bleef alles ook vochtig. Handdoeken, kleding en schoenen. Kunnen hun niets aan doen (denk in heel Nuwara Eliya) maar heel fijn was het niet
Het hotel is nog erg nieuw. Het is modern qua inrichting, wel allemaal met harde materialen waardoor geluid niet absorbeert. Wij waren in de koudste periode en dan is het ook in het hotel erg koud en vochtig. Veel vocht plekken, alggroei, natte ramen en op kamer 16 blijft de badkamer nat en muf. Erg onaangenaam. Wel warme douche. Dit gebouw is niet goed gebouwd en niet geïsoleerd. Daar kan het personeel ook niets aan doen. Ze deden erg hun best en waren vriendelijk maar onervaren. Het ontbijt werd met zorg gemaakt en opgediend, maar de kwaliteit viel ons wat tegen (onrijp fruit, lauwe omelet, waterig vruchtensap). Omdat we de enige gasten leken, was er ook geen sfeer in een grote eetzaal.
In een ander seizoen met zon, zal het hier heus beter zijn.

Location OK, Needs more cleanliness. Bad smell coming like not use long the room.
Quiet location, super-friendly and helpful staff.
Very poor WiFi, lots of bugs and insects inside, very very humid and mold several places. Weird smell in the rooms. Looked a lot more nicer and modern on the photos online.
The management and staff are friendly and the hotel is not bad in terns of infrastructure
Water in shower ranged from cold to lukewarm. In a cold place this is really not acceptable. Wifi didn't work. A group was making music loudly on the second floor and this lasted until 11 pm. Breakfast was very average. These are all fixable things. If the owner/manager gives attention to this I would recommend this as a good, clean and value for money place to stay. I loved being welcomed by a friendly dog on arrival.
We were greeted by the staffs very warmly. Everyone was always ready to offer their assistance. Room was clean. We were offered to choose best view. Bathroom was vast. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Food was yummy. Every meal was prepared, and delivered lovingly. We loved the chilly weather of Nuwara Eliya. The heater in the bathroom helped. There was an extra blanket if we were needed. Overall it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
Size of the bedroom, confortable beds, nice breakfast, nice view
It was very cold we need extra blankets, the room had a strong smell of humidity. A bit away from everything.
