Once hotel setup is completely done then it could be fine. At current stage if no other option then book.
Pros:

We could sleep comfortably. One of the owner gave away his room for our comfort which was really good. We got good safe bicycle parking.

Cons:

I feel hotel is not completely setup and multiple members of the family owning the hotel is staying in different rooms. So following problems…
- when we reached reception, owner family members passing by but not clarifying as how exactly to checkin. Once the lady handling checkin came then it was fine.
- after checkin to room, it didn’t have electricity. I came back to reception, lady was not there. One of the owner family member came to check on request but didn’t change room for an hour or two saying electrician is coming. Was very frustrating in hot weather.
- The family members were driving cars fast in the hotel area even when we were on bicycles. Was scary.
- Their puppy dog was barking and charging at my wife. We are not used to dogs so my wife got scared. But the owner family members were rather laughing instead of making her comfortable. Sad.

Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

The room was not clean. No towels in bathroom, no toilet paper, no soap, not fresh bed linen. Nobody on reception. I am travel a lot, this happened first time in my life. Room was 100% prepaid by credit card for 2 nights. Because nobody has pick-up the phone, I wrote message, after that somebody came with wet towel, they didn't have dry clean towels!!! We bought toilet paper on petrol station. Left the hotel room after first night.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything was good! Communication through Booking was always fast and I got answers to all my questions, I didn’t see any staff in the hotel, but I got a message that my keys was left at the reception desk. good place and room was clean. Thank you!

Pros:

Host is very helpful, send us all important info per message, was always answering if we needed. The room was very clean and it smelled so good in a room. Good price, I will come back!
