Pros:

The reception staff, especially Mr. Malak, was very kind and professional. I truly appreciated his hospitality, welcoming attitude, and kindness throughout our stay.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas. The swimming pool appears to have no proper filtration system, and the water became visibly dirty after only one hour in the kids’ pool.

The pool towels were very old, and the pool staff were not helpful.

The kids’ play area was in very poor condition and completely disappointing.

The restaurant service was very poor, and the food quality was below expectations.

Note: The project/facility is still not fully completed.

Awesome place for the price it deserves much more
Pros:

The pool and the room view are breathtaking the staff are super respectful and Andrew from the restaurant was amazingly helpful 😁

Cons:

The restaurant closes at 11 and there's no room service

Все было отлично. Беспокоились из-за отзывов о том, что вроде как там стройка идет. Нет, не идет. То ли совсем заморожено строительство очередного корпуса, то ли временно. Номер большой, есть парковка, море очень близко (были в другом отеле в прошлом году, так что есть с чем сравнить). Конечно, важно, что в отличие от отелей на всем побережье, никто сумки при входе не проверяет, заносить продукты не запрещает.

Cons:

Можно бы улучшить вход в море, не очень удобно. Очень рекомендую какую-то обувь. И если вы окажетесь на низких этажах и случится наплыв гостей (выходные), то может быть очень громко из ресторана вечером и, когда начнут убираться, утром. И конечно, без машины здесь сложно, т.к. вокруг ничего интересного нет, ближайший ТЦ в 4 км.

I waited for 2 hours to replace the TV remote control. I had to to the reception at the end. Also I couldn't call the reception because there was no phone

Prima locatie aan dode zee, fantastisch modderbad met scrub

Appartement was groot en oké, wel wat onderhoud nodig

App had zeer kleine 2 persoonsbedden, ontbijt is niet erg uitgebreid

Pros:

Simplemente espectacular el hotel y el personal. Está al puro frente del mar muerto así que las vistas y los atardeceres son preciosos. Un especial agradecimiento a Andrew y a todos los que nos ayudaron a coordinar la recepción de las maletas que la aerolínea había atrasado. Nos encantó el hotel y volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Pros:

De kamer en de resto/bar

Cons:

Veel te groot, te druk en te koel toeristisch. Het hotel bevindt zich helemaal alleen langs de kustweg aan de dode zee. Er is verder niets te beleven.

Skvělý přístup k moři, krásný výhled.

Cons:

Hotel byl spíše průměrný, očekávala jsem lepší kvalitu. Špinavá pohovka v obýváku. V koupelně nebyl fén na vlasy.
Zrovna ten večer, co jsem byla v hotelu tam probíhala svatba a narozeninová oslava. Restaurace tedy nestíhala, musela jsem čekat na večeři velmi dlouho, terasa byla přeplněná, takže se dalo sedět jen uvnitř a tam byla dost zima.
