Good value for your money. Good choice in Guangzhou.
Pros:

Location, nice breakfast, complimentary coffe and tea (high quality) and free laundry 24/7.
Wonderful view.

Cons:

Front desk staff too young and very poor english, one or two could handle basic questions.

Generally a good stay as room is clean and is near to everywhere we wanted to go.
Pros:

Location is convenient to most places of attractions. About 5 minutes’ walking distance to Beijing pedestrian street. Comfortable beds. Bottles of water were replenished. There is a MacDonald’s opposite of hotel and a Starbucks downstairs. Ordered food delivery and was delivered by a robot to the hotel door which is a pleasant experience. The view of room with river view is pretty and can see Canton Tower from afar too.

Cons:

Lights in room are too dim. The switches of lights are confusing - not sure which lights are for which and are not labelled for my room with City view (the one facing the river is labelled). Bathroom has outer and inner sliding doors. Outer door is stuck when closed and it is translucent and may not be convenient for some guests.

Overall my family enjoyed the stay there. The sea view was great!
Pros:

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, there is a self laundry area that you can use and the staff can deliver it back to your room once its done. Its a very kind and good gesture as you do not need to wait for your laundry. location is very good, its at the end of beijing road and its just a short 10min walk to the shopping area.

Cons:

Spread of the breakfast could be better. Its great for the price though.

Mooi locatie, met loopafstand dichtbij Beijing Road dat veel winkels en restaurants in de beurt zijn

Cons:

1 kamer is groot met een apart ruimte voor badkamer en ligbad maar de houten vloer is versleten en veel spiegels aan de zijkanten van de bed, bad feng shui!
