・朝食にはフルーツやハムなどもあり、ヨーロッパの一般的なホテルの中では比較的揃っているように感じた。
・部屋は広く快適。一般的なデスクと、窓際のヌックスペースのような場所がとてもよかった。
・2泊目の早朝、ゲストが客室で煙草を吸ったせいで火災アラームがなったが、スタッフの人は冷静に説明してくれた。
・ラウンジも広くて快適。

・フロントスタッフが日によって対応にばらつきがあるように感じた。
・2泊目の明け方4:00頃、ゲストが客室で煙草を吸ったせいで火災アラームがなった。特に避難のアナウンスはなく、ゲストは廊下に一応出ながらもどうしたらいいかわからない時間が少しあり不安な場面があった（最終的には全員で避難した）。何かアフターフォロー/サービスがあるかと思ったが特になし。

Visite familial non prévue. La proximité avec la gare et le prix étaient attractif. Le résultat bon.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien mais il ne faux pas trop en attendre. Il est bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel est sympathique. Le self service est très pratique. Les photos correspondent à la réalité - hormis le feu de camp qui n'est pas allumé :-(
Notre visite à Anvers n'était pas prévue, mais il a des chances que l'on retourne à cet hôtel une prochaine fois.

Tout est bien, mais sans plus.
