Super clean, super friendly owner and staff members. A little out of the hustle and bustle of the city (which I wanted). Easy to get transport from the hotel itself!

Remote location which was great to block out the city noise and enjoy the great view of the front and rear gardens.

The property was very clean , all the facilities were exceptionally good. The rooms , interior and security were pretty good too.
First of all, we only took the breakfast from the Ark. It was really bad. The head staff/chef was the main issue. When we arrived at the place, he asked our opinion of what kind of breakfast we were looking for. They had two options. I said, 'One desi and one English breakfast.' He said no to that. He said I can choose one only for us. I said, 'Fine.' Then the first day they give us the English one. And on the second day we were supposed to get the desi one. But then he forgot the desi menu. and he said it was our fault for not giving him a reminder. Not only that. We were taking different spoons for our breakfast items; he was interrupting us and indirectly disrespecting us for that. Even the sausages were not cooked properly on the second day. While entering in the hall, there was heavy rain outside. So we were soaked. He was asking why my shoe is this muddy.Either he could have given me a different pair of shoes to get in or could have cleaned the floors later. Mentioning it was utterly disrespectful. The Ark is an amazing place to stay, but the guy needs to know how to treat his customers properly.
Another problem was the location of the property was in a place where it’s really tough to find any vehicles. And in the first day there was no electricity in the morning for very long hours. And for that we couldn’t charge our phone before going out.
Distinctive architectural design with beautifully landscaped courtyard.Well-manicured garden and lush green lawns nestled on the hillside with a staircase built uphill for sightseeing. Rooms were spacious and spotless with modern amenities.Well equipped pantry.Amazing staff.Just to keep in mind that it's a bit on the countryside.
Access road (approx 1 km in length) has numerous potholes,although it's not in the owners hand.Food seemed moderately expensive.Breakfast menu could be improved.
My recent stay at the Ark was truly exceptional! I appreciate a hotel that prioritises both comfort and convenience, and the Ark delivered on both fronts. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a high-speed internet connection and a comfortable workspace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect. Overall, my experience at the Ark was a resounding success, and I highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a comfortable and convenient stay

The location is very random. However, very calm hood.
This is an amazing place, a quiet calm retreat. Beautiful rooms and garden. The most helpful staff and owner, amazing food. Reallyb handy to have a driver when needed. All very fairly priced. This really is an oasis, much nicer than a 5 star hotel. Bedrooms large and comfortable. We loved it so much we came here twice in our two weeks in Bangladesh.
