Kitchen was empty of facilities and cleaning items
Great location and modern apartment! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly, and the free shuttle during the Canton Fair was a huge help. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay experience was really impeccable! The room is decorated very comfortably, with good lighting and quietness.
Nothing much really.
The floor is so dusty till the point where your feet turns black when you walk inside the room. Moreover, they don’t take foreign cards when we were paying at the counter. The worst is that we even get to complete the transaction with our foreign cards (I was using WISE btw), they literally go through the hassle to PAY US BACK and demanded us to pay using physical cards so they are able to take a photo of the front and back of our cards. Uhmmmm that’s a huge red flag.
The whole reason that they didn’t allow us to use our WISE card is because “you’ll be able to retrieve your money back”. HELLO! The transaction is completed. How am I going to retrieve it?!
Last but not least, I truly thinks this “Raffles” is a “fake?” It is not the kind of Raffles that we think it is. So book with caution.

Dirty and not clean . Room was not same as the pictures enlisted .
We were forced to stay for a night because of cancellation policy .
Poor assessment of booking management of the property and bad rules of booking cancellations in such cases when the property services are not same as shown.
It was real nightmare for us because we were with a baby and we had to look for another property during the night to move and this we did not book with booking.com
