People, location and accommodation were perfect. 15yrs visiting Greece and this is our standout experience. Superb from start to finish.
There is nothing to not like, it's built into a hill and you expect lots of steps but they have discretely built two lifts into the wonderful design.

There was something nasty in my shower that they tried to remove but no luck!
It was private, staff were helpful and unobtrusive and the breakfasts were excellent.
Polina who brought our breakfasts to the room as well as Alexia and Makis at reception, went out of their way to make our stay special. The view was spectacular and we loved the quietness of the hotel.
There were a lot of stairs which made it difficult at times.

Θα επρεπε να υπαρχει μια σιτα στα παραθυρα ωστε οταν εισαι στην πισινα να μην μπαινουν τα κουνουπια μεσα.

Ο υπαλληλος του ξενοδοχειο προφανως κατι εφτιαχνε στους εξωτερικους χωρους και καθε μερα και καθε ωρα ηταν μπροστα απο την ιδιωτική πισινα μας αυτο εχανε την ιδιοτικοτητα του
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their level of service and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!
breakfast itself was the same every day and didn’t offer much variety. It would have been nice to have more options or even a buffet. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!
The view from the room exceeded expectations. We had only been there for 2 hours and decided to extend our stay from 4 nights to 6 nights. The room was perfect, the food was great and location amazing with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. An added nice touch is that they serve breakfast on your terrace as standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff was so friendly and the Manager also took time to have a chat with you

Very well located and great staff. They’re very helpful in whatever you need. Also their response time for anything you need is very fast. We had the 3 bedroom villa and it was quite spacious and the pool views were great.
It was not up to our cleanliness standards when we got in but after our first room service they did a good job in cleaning the room. Overall, the experience was good but we feel like the price for what you get is not well adjusted.
Apartment was private but with the benefits of a hotel (housekeeping, room service etc). The view was stunning and the apartment was lovely, comfortable and well thought out. The hotel was in the perfect position, quietly overlooking Mylopotas (which could be accessed by the lift in the sister hotel) where you could find restaurants, water activities and a market to restock your outdoor fridge! All of the staff were lovely, the breakfast was brilliant and the food we tried from room service was also delicious.
Would be good to have some sunbeds in the sun or for every room to have the reclined pool chairs. Very expensive, but for us it was worth the price.
Our stay at Ios Grand Pool Suites was excellent. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view. However the highlight of our visit was our dinner at the hotel’s “Tomatini” restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere truly memorable. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect!
Our stay here was perfect! The room is updated, clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view. We had our own private pool and spent many lovely afternoons relaxing there. We started each morning with a delicious, included poolside breakfast overlooking the Infinity edge pool.
It’s a short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach which involves 2 lifts. In addition to our private pool, we had access to 2 additional pools. There are several restaurants near the beach as well as a small market. A taxi to town costs 10€ each way. It’s supposed to be walkable, but we did not attempt it as the roads do not have much room for walking. The staff were very friendly. We would 100% stay at this hotel again.
A trash can in the common area would have been nice - that’s literally the only negative thing I can come up with :)
Fantastic gorgeous property. Like having your own Greek ocean view villa. Very spacious and luxurious with many different seating areas.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property couldn’t have been nicer! Ios has a reputation for being a “party island” but it ended up being the most relaxing & restful stop on our journey mainly because we didn’t want to leave our room! The patio & pool were huge, it felt like a villa more so than a hotel room. It was super close to the beach & the elevator made it extremely accessible. I miss waking up to the Aegean views and laying on the daybed, taking intermittent dips into the pool. It was a lovely time and everyone was very warm!
