Pésima actitud de la recepcionista

La amabilidad vale oro

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal. La habitación fue la indicada para lo que buscábamos. Muy limpia la habitación. El silencio en el hotel propicia un buen descanso. Además, contar con el servicio del transporte fue muy bueno, ya que nos facilitó el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y del hotel al CAS, que era para donde íbamos.

Pros:

Ottimo prezzo e vicinanza strategica all'aeroporto che lo rende un ottimo posto per uno stop over. La struttura è rimodernata ma non è un hotel vero e proprio nonostante il nome. Mi son trovata nel complesso molto bene, e le due receptionist che si sono alternate sono state molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

La strada dove si trova non mi è sembrata molto sicura, ma quelle sono anche percezioni abbastanza personali. Nonostante questo per me che dovevo solo scendere e risalire dal taxi era una buona posizione. La doccia della mia stanza aveva qualche problema e nonostante il soffione fosse chiuso continuava a gocciolare ma la receptionist è riuscita a risolvere il problema senza l'intervento di un idraulico durante il mio pernottamento.
