Pros:

Fantastic location.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet/bathroom has only one swing door. And it does not have good seal. When someone uses the bathroom, water leak into the toilet area.

We really like the location of this hotel. The facilities are ok for that price.
Pros:

Breakfast is simple fare. There are lots of vegetables: boiled choy sum, broccoli/cauliflower with carrots and some meat, chicken nuggets, sweet potatoes, hard boiled eggs, porridge plain and mixed porridge.
Coffee machine only dispenses American coffee.
Soy milk is good with the fried fritters.

Cons:

The hair dryer is housed in a box on the floor near the door. I did not know that is the box for the hair dryer till I ask the front desk. Maybe, a label to say that box contains a hair dryer would be appreciated. It would be just good if it is placed in the drawer under the washing area.

Happy and will return.
Pros:

Close to the train station. Love asking xiaodu to switch on the air conditioning and curtains. Feels very modern staying in the hotel. Although the amenities are not extremely new, overall comfortable and the staff were friendly too, very accommodating with all the taobao packages keeping.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness in the room could be better. I don’t think the tables or cups were not super clean but am just being a little picky here.

Pros:

The property is just nearby the substation

Cons:

The hotel was fully occupied, hotel was not ready even we check in late and we were asked to wait more than 30 minutes by keeping asking them again and again.

Another cons was there’s only passengers lift in the building, we need to wait for quite sometime as the hotel was fully occupied. Laundry area need to be improved also, WiFi also not stable during our stay too

Dreadful cigarette smoke inside the building
Cons:

The cleaners have a room on the 5th Floor right next to the lift well and smoke all day, so when you land on the fifth floor you walk into a cloud of cigarette smoke each time. 2nd hand cigarette smoke ingestion for my whole family in 2025 in a hotel is unheard of anywhere else in the world, and have to give the worst rating. Approached the front desk numerous times, but nothing changed. Will be seeking a refund for this property.
