Pros:

Η πίεση του νερού και η καθαρότητα στον χώρο, καθαρά, του ντουζ.

Cons:

Η στενότητα γενικά του χώρου και ειδικά του νιπτήρα στον χώρο του δωματίου του μπάνιου.
Επίσης θεωρώ απαράδεκτο, (εξαπάτηση μπορώ να πω), αφού στη διαφήμιση δίνουν διεύθυνση την Π. Αραβαντινού προς το ΠΑΡΚΟ δηλαδή, ενώ μετά τη συμφωνία, διευκρίνισαν, ότι η είσοδος είναι από την Βασιλ. Κωνσταντίνου Νο.9! Ταλαιπωρήθηκα πολύ να βρω το Νο. 9, αλλά δεν το βρήκα, μέχρι που κάποιος φρουρός σε διπλανή πολυκατοικία μου υπέδειξε το Ν. 12c και δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο είχε πρόσοψη στην λεωφόρο Βασιλέως Κωνσταντίνου και όχι στην Π. Αραβαντινού και το Πάρκο!!!
Και Κάτι τελευταίο: Δίνουν διεύθυνση Πάνου Αραβαντινού, ενώ στον χάρτη αναγράφεται Πέτρου Αραβαντινού!

Perfect for a couple of nights stay to see as much as you can

Need to improve shelving or hooks in the bathroom to cater for personal toiletries - as not much provided

Great location and modern room
Pros:

Easy check-in, great location, clean and modern facilities.

Cons:

There's a bit of noise at night as the apartment is literally near a big road. I am a light sleeper so always carry earplugs with me but if you aren't might be ok for you.

Value for money, I would stay again.
Pros:

The location is excellent as well as the interior design. Also they cleaned out apartment in the middle of the stay and they changed our towels.

Cons:

There are some things that need to be repaired such as some signs of deterioration on the walls. The initial renovation and design was perfect, but it needs a continuous effort to keep it like that.
