Pros:

Hotel Villa J was a highlight of my trip. Coming from Norway, Colombia can sometimes be a bit hard to navigate — but the hosts made everything incredibly easy and welcoming. They went far beyond what I expected: finding me a local clarinet teacher on my first night, cooking meals, giving me rides, and connecting me with other porro festival guests. Their warmth and generosity made me feel truly cared for. The room was clean and comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the whole atmosphere was personal and relaxed. I’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Pros:

It was quiet most of the time, so nothing bothered me. Thanks to the hosts! Location ok, the road has small food shops.

Cons:

Intentional noise at check-out date, 2 hours earlier. I could have had a long trip and underslept.
