The house was nice bed comfortable
Issue with the front door not locking key getting stuck so had to be left unlocked
The property says it has hot tub and jacuzzi
Nothing is available
Great location for me to see family, pubs/ bars, shops & town close, bus stop near by too, good transport links, taxis, busses & train station not far away. Comfy & cozy, as it was room only it was good to have a fridge & microwave in the room, there is a chinese/ chip shop around the corner too near Onestop shop. Decent size tv in room with some free view chanels. Lots of good walks & places of interest like Dyserth waterfall, Rhuddlan castle remains Roman helmet sculpture & remains of an old bath house etc.
As it was room only, there wasn't a shared living or sitting area so pretty much confined to room but there is outside seating area & decent size tv with free view channels in the room.
Eye convenient location. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfy
The front door is tricky to use though ok once you get the hang of it.
The room was in a bungalow in a village where hoping to stay. The slate slab floor and the slate tiled walls in the main bathroom were great and a good bonus. The bathroom suite was clean and modern as was the shower room
There were no owner or staff available for the whole 3 days and they were needed. In the paper work it said people were available 24hrs a day and actually no one at all.
The problem of using a key box when no wifi available was not anticipated . The owner did answer the phone to give me the box code and wait until all three doors were opened but there was a definite need for the wifi password and her at6titude was unhelpful. Could not use the TV (No idea how to use Netfix)Once wifi worked could use laptop for TV Programmes. Bins in rooms and bathrooms needed to be emptied daily. The way to clothes line were though here private rooms. So no way of drying towels. Connected to wifi (first two times) in BP garage and a hotel ( breakfast room the following morning) Did the owner have some emergency? No idea?
Good room, very clean including bathroom
Smoke detector in another room kept going off and host made every effort to fix this same evening which she did going to quite a lot of trouble so thank you
Not dislike only comment would be the parking space is very difficult, ok if small car but anything else is extremely tight and a challenge

Safe, secure lodgings for one night, relatively close to walking route.
The room was cramped and not convenient to live "out of our backpacks" in - no space but the bed to sort our belongings.
Lovely light and airy and the beds were really comfortable. Also really quiet location.
Beds as twin even though we booked as a double. Could have been a little cleaner and the wardrobe was difficult to get into. The fridge was actually a freezer and froze all the things I put into it, we used our cold box and just kept re freezing the blocks.
Nice and clean also very quiet, easy parking.

We wanted to spend the weekend in rhyl my partner and I, but as it was only a week away there wasn't anything that was in our price range in ryhl so we found this room on booking.com and booked it was 20 minutes from rhyl centre and the house was beautiful, clean and I felt spoilt with the jacuzzi bath tub;) the owner was so polite she kept us updated on email but left us to it we didn't see her once all weekend.the room was bright , clean and faced the garden and you can see the sea, we did have to get a taxi into rhyl but we used burts taxis and it was only 10 pound so that was good, I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we will be going back, Thank-you very much we had a lovely weekend

Nice bathroom that was shared.
Bedside lights didn't work, blinds for window was broken. Noise of other guests using toilet and shower rooms. Parking place for one car, had to walk 100 m to car.
It was in a nice quiet area, it was clean, storage for clothes, usb charger on the lamps, two separate bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath, outdoor seating, coffee and sugar provided.
The drive way was very small it was really hard to park diagonal across the bottom of the drive as there was already a car parked there.
The shower was scalding hot and it couldn’t be turned down, the microwave didn’t work, no milk or coffee whitener for hot drinks
There was a lady who was staying in one of the rooms and she was knocking on our door to ask us questions instead of finding staff on site
Pin code for key box didn't work, phone number wouldnt ring, couldn't enter property, didn't end up staying, very dissatisfied
