Highly recommnend
Pros:

Very cosy, comfortable, clean apartment. It had everything you would need for a short stay. Close to the city center in Athens, only 15mins by foot. Nice neighbourhood. The staff was nice, friendly, always responsive, ready to always help.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place
Pros:

The house is beautiful, unique, and very eye-catching. The location is great and convenient. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and features an exceptionally large shower cabin. The floors are tiled, so you might want to bring slippers. The bed is comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were also very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage while waiting for our flight, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

A couple of small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have a bottle opener available (for both regular bottles and wine). Also, adding bedside lamps or a smaller light near the bed would make the space more comfortable, as currently the main light is quite bright when used at night.

Le quartier est très calme et l’appartement est bien situé : il est possible de rejoindre le centre-ville à pied en environ 30 minutes, ou facilement en métro. De plus, l’appartement était propre et les instructions pour l’accueil en autonomie étaient très claires.

Cons:

L’isolation phonique n’était pas optimale : nous entendions le voisin comme s’il était dans l’appartement avec nous. De plus, la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

Het is een heel fijn ruim en verkoelend appartement, het voelt als een fijne plek om je even terug te trekken na een dag genieten van Athene. De omgeving was een van onze favoriete omgevingen van Athene. De beste restaurants zitten sowieso in deze buurt, heel lokaal en top eten. Alles in het appartement was aanwezig en het is fijn om er te zijn.

Cons:

Douche kabine kan niet dicht, dus badkamer is vaak nat op de grond.

Cons:

BEDBUGS! The first room we've booked we were bitten the first night... And the infestation wasn't fresh because there were multiple adult forms of bedbugs in the bedhead alone. The room we were relocated to had either a bedbug infestation too (we couldn't tell whether what we saw on our bodies were bedbug bites or a stress reaction) or just wasn't cleaned properly after a desinfection because we found bedbug shed skins in the bedframe.
Our stay was free but the host ghosted us when we asked for additional compensation for desinfecting our flat. A shame because otherwise it's a very charming place.

Perfect stay in Athens
Pros:

Friendly staff, great communication throughout stay, amazing and convenient location right next to metro, good facilities, close to supermarkets.

Cons:

Operating hot water for the shower was a bit tricky but we figured it out after a day or two. Walls between our room and other guest's were very thin.
