A lovely hotel within east walking distance of the shores of Lake Victoria, town and the bus station. The room was very clean, the fixtures and fittings modern and WiFi worked really well - all very comfortable. Breakfast choice was plentiful and varied each day. Staff were very friendly.
Modern finishes, spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff are attentive, professional, and welcoming. Management superb.
It exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional.
I struggled a lot with the WiFi and I had work to do so it was really frustrating.
Only location
What I didn’t like is the smell coming from the toilet, time to time. I reported but the way they responded,was beyond my expectations. They supposed to change me to another room, but they responded by saying, this toilet has this problem of leakage of bad air. . This made my stay to be horrible. They need to fix the leakage

Hotel space
The Adden City Hotel impressed me with its prime location, offering beautiful views of the lake that create a serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a variety of flavors that exceeded expectations. Additionally, the rooms were immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. For the level of service and amenities offered, the hotel also represents excellent value for money.
However, one downside to note is the room service policy, as the hotel charges an additional fee (Tsh 5,000) for delivering food to the rooms. This was slightly inconvenient and detracted from an otherwise flawless experience.
