It was a modern room and bathroom. Nice and clean, very comfortable bed.
Noise from the street. I believe there is a night club or karaoke opposite the hotel.
The receptionists even though very nice , didn't speak much english and were always busy on their mobile phones.
There were no leaflets or map of the city available.
The shower was good and they provided good Birthday decorations.
1. The lie about having a Spa & Wellness centre and also having a bar, they don’t have either of these. When I asked them about this they tried to search up places for us to go instead of apologising.
2. The bed was rock hard and the bar across the road was very noisy.
3. They over charged me for the cake and flowers by about £10, I found this out after I seen them at the shops and they also tried to charge a delivery fee even though this wasn’t originally agreed and we’d been arranging it over a week in advance but for some reason they left it until the last day. The cake was also wrong, I asked for chocolate but got a basic sponge cake.
4. The communication was very difficult because of the language barrier.
Brand new, well equipped, clean and smart.
The mattress was incredibly hard.
