Wonderful stay within walking distance of Oia
Pros:

Amazing suites, location perfect - beautifully peaceful away from the hubbub of Oia. We loved watching sunset from our balcony each night

Traumhaft und wunderschön
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist einfach toll, das Personal ist super und sehr aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Jeden Morgen wird ein köstliches Frühstück serviert, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die den Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gestalten. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und diese Erfahrung zu wiederholen.

Breakfast was awful. If you didn’t show up early enough they ran out of certain things and wouldn’t even refill. Asked staff for bread and they are done for the day at 10:30am even thought breakfast ends at 11

Pros:

Mon séjour au Santo Mine Oia Suites a été absolument parfait. L’hôtel allie luxe, raffinement et sérénité, avec une vue imprenable sur la caldeira. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif, rendant l’expérience encore plus exceptionnelle. Les suites sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût et offrent une atmosphère à la fois moderne et apaisante.

J’ai également testé le soin Detox Facial au spa. Un vrai moment de bien-être : ma peau est ressortie lumineuse, hydratée et reposée. L’esthéticienne a su créer une expérience relaxante du début à la fin, dans un cadre élégant et apaisant.

En résumé, un séjour inoubliable, où tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et ce soin.

Pros:

We paid for the best room and it was exceptional. Everything includes the terrace with pool and hot tub. The views for the sunset were stunning. The staff were great giving lifts on the golf buggy.

Cons:

There wasn't a stocked minibar in the room, you had to order from the room service menu, which was underwhelming with limited choice and then several of the beers and soft drinks were not available.

There is a lack of signage around the site, easy to get lost

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Great stay! The facilities were absolutely beautiful and would recommend for a relaxing stay. Pretty good location and close to the town of Oia with restaurants, shops. Etc. Took full advantage of the breakfast and gym! There are also plenty of place to take yout own photos of the island as well as the sunset.

Cons:

Only issue was the access to the town. Its located down a very steep hill and while they offer golf cart services on the property it would be nice to have a running service even once and hour to get to the top of the hill. Additionally, save some money and book your own taxi to the ferry or airport. Its usually half the price!
