A frustrating and stressful experience—we never even reached the hotel due to poor communication and misleading informat

Nothing. The property was untraceable, communication was rude and unhelpful, and we never even managed to reach or check in due to the chaos.

Cons:

Rude and unprofessional communication, no clear address, refused to confirm our booking, demanded GPay advance, unreachable on phone, and misleading location info. Completely ruined our arrival.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to munnar with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel on booking.com and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price
