Breakfast a good selection in a lovely dining room.
Room 6 Bed was comfortable and linen was excellent as were the pillows.
Location was excellent, gardens well cared for.
Breakfast at 9.30am felt rushed and some bowls of fruit and yogurt were empty, the staff were clearing up.
Room 6 decor a little tired, bathroom floor around the radiator was very dusty, the tops of the Bramley products needed wiping.
Staff were really good, nothing too much trouble. Food was first class.
Bed was too soft - room 13.
The location.
The food in Henry’s Pub.
Location is great
Lovely and tranquil spot in a beautiful place
Good location. Nice room. Very good breakfast
Evening meal in attached pub not good enough quality for price.
Location
Small bathrooms ,pillows need replacing, other small bits of attention to detail tv cables hanging down wall
Beautiful
Room a little dark. Cold bath . Had put switch on as explained by very friendly staff , got a hot towel rail but no hot water .
Breakfast was very good and the location excellent
The bed was not comfortable and the room was way too warm. There are also not enough plug sockets. I thought we would be staying in the main house but it was an annex near the car park
The room was as expected, the breakfast was excellent and so was our evening meal in the pub.
Location is the best in southern England.
Restaurant was very good with friendly, attentive staff.
Very welcoming and cosy
The bedroom was comfortable and clean but the bathroom dated
A lovely hotel in peaceful location. The situation and decor were excellent. Little touches e.g. Roberts radio added to our stay. The outside area was very good.
Breakfast served in a separate dining area was excellent.
Later than average checkout time made our stay more relaxing.
Nothing.
