This was my fourth stay at this hotel. The staff are excellent, especially Nataie who speaks good english and is an excellent host.
There was nothing to dislike
Too noisy, the bed very inconfortable I booked for 5 nights I stayed 1 night
Good location. Shuttle to canton fair. Clean. Good staff. Acceptable breakfast
Super hard bed. No ice. No fridge
The hotel staffs were very accommodating and friendly. They use a translator app, so they can communicate in English. They have a free shuttle service roundtrip going to the canton fair. I will definitely consider this hotel on my next trip. I had a very good experience.
They should consider offering other breakfast menus. Because most of the foods offered are the same during breakfast.

Awesome stay, love the welcoming drink and the free prawns the first night, the fresh fruit each morning the lovely soup that they serve every morning. Nice and hot great English breakfast every morning. Fresh bacon all up a lovely place

The location is very good. The bus service to the Canton Fair was excellent. The kebab shop next door served excellent street food.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. A lot of bugs in the room - bedbug, cockroach. I had healthy problem after visiting there. A lot of moisture throughout the room plus moldy bathroom. Staff don't speak English.
The hotel is very close to the Canton Fair (Guangzhou expo) They have daily bus service two ways to the fair, the price is very good if you paid in advance several months wich I recommend. The staff are very nice, cleaver and warm people as the Chinese are. The surroundings have a lot of restaurants (all Chinesse food) unfourtunately one mc donalds at 200 meters
All the restaurants are local food , also at less than 100 meters pharmacies, market, pastries, office material stores and at 40 and 90 meters ATM and baggages store at a excellent cost ( very useful if you go to the fair)
Call Natalie she is a cleaver and a nice person that speaks fluent English if you have a question, If is your first time in China take some lessons before you get how to eat, how to ask for and adresse and present your self, thanks, good bye , numbers, etc is very useful because the Chinese population doesnt have many direct contact with foreigners and because of the same the comunication problem be better if you know some Chinese. They like that!!

the hotel was near Canton Fair… it is like 10 minutes away from the fair… the hotel is renovated and the staff was nice … the best one was Natalie who helped us in everything .. she is really nice and she speaks english so it was easier to me as i’m not a Chinese speaker.
good option for canton fair … the area is good and around all areas.
