Really enjoyed our stay! Will book again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Not enough full-size towels.
Room organization was odd for a suite that accommodates 6 people - the bathroom was accessible only through the main bedroom.
Second bedroom was a bit cold.

Cons:

Small room very cramped. Tiny bathroom. Restaurant, was not good at all. Very short staffed, service was not very good

Pros:

The staff was lovely. Housekeeping excellent and very clean. The lobby decor is clean but run down, like visiting tidy grandparents. It could easily be modernized but it’s a taste choice that feels budget conscious. It isn’t a luxurious experience but it is nice. Some renovation choices hard to understand- room layout e.g. Location suited me perfectly.

Pros:

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean. The only challenge was controlling the room temperature, since there was only a fan without a timer or thermostat. On the positive side, the waitress at breakfast was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant.

Very nice suite hotel in a good location for Evanston visitors
Pros:

Great location from which to access downtown Evanston. Easy and free onsite parking. Good value for a suite. It's an odd building, was originally an elder care facility that closed during Covid, and was reengineered to become a hotel. Conversion was done well. We will likely stay there again.
