Provided a portable heater
There was no window to the outside. Very dark room.

Was cold, the window doesn’t closed well
Simple and fair. They were under maintenance and started the noises at 5:30 am on a Saturday. The noise still until 8 pm at night. We complain and they stopped.
At the checkout they said they couldn’t accept credit card. It was a news. We didn’t have local currency. In the end we pay in US$.
A beautifully decorated and spacious room , the lady who checked me in was very kind, efficient, and made nice breakfast
It was very cold (I guess, it would be in every hotel in Chivay), but the water wasn't hot, would have been nice to wash away all the hot springs minerals and warm up before jumping to bed
Friendly, clean, good location & spacious!
It was really really cold and I struggled getting to sleep.
The place is very good value with what they offer. Definitely very comfortable to sleep. They have free breakfast in the morning which was average. The location is 7-8 minutes by walk from the main square.
You can book without hesitation:)

We could get our breakfast earlier so we were on time for our bus to Cusco
Wifi didn't work in the room, but in the little living room next to our room it did, so that wasn't a very big issue this way
Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Heater available though not needed. Staff very helpful and early breakfast at 6am. Couldn't fault the hotel.
