Pros:

Las instalaciones son bellísimas y el personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron con todas las inquietudes y solicitudes durante nuestra instancia.

Cons:

Uno de los servicios que nos atrajo del hotel era el jacuzzi y la piscina, que por el clima no fue posible usar dado que funciona por paneles solares y en en los días de estadía no hizo el suficiente sol. En las noches quisimos hacer uso de ellas pero no había agua caliente para poder usarlas.

Gutes Hotel an der Hauptstrasse. Nach vorne wohl sehr laut, die zum Innenhof liegenden Zimmer leise.
Pros:

Hinter dem immer unscheinbaren Strassenfassade verbirgt sich zum Innenhof ein kleines sauberes Hotel mit Swimmingpool. Sehr freundliches Personal, alle sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist allerdings sehr einfach: „Huevos fritos o revueltos“.

Cons:

Das Zimmerfenster ging zum offenen Gang hinaus. Dh wenn man im Bett lag und etwas Frischluft hineinließ, lag man für die anderen Gäste wie auf einem Präsentierteller.

Tiene buena ubicación, buena iluminación, la habitación es amplia, tiene muy buena atención al cliente, nos ayudaron a guiarnos dentro de San Agustín.

Cons:

No había agua caliente, nos dijeron que si había agua caliente, pero en realidad era agua tibia.

Ideal central hotel in downtown San Agustín
Pros:

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Room was a little noisy but we had been warned about this as it was New Year. Staff very friendly and helpful. San Agustín is a charming place to stay. Lots of good restaurants and people very friendly. Easy to get out to see the archaeological sites in the area. Stunning scenery.

Excelente hotel dentro de San Agustín
Pros:

Está idóneamente situado en medio de la calle principal del pueblo por lo que es perfecto para visitarlo. Tiene una hermosa piscina que cuenta con un jacuzzi con agua caliente, algo único en San Agustín. El hotel está nuevo, la habitación es amplia y luminosa. El desayuno es muy correcto y las vistas desde el restaurante son lindas. El personal es muy amable y simpático. Volveríamos sin duda, nos parece el mejor hotel dentro del pueblo.

Cons:

Falta una neverita en la habitación, aunque sirven bebidas en el hotel, siempre es cómodo tenerlas en la habitación. Quizás por estar en la habitación esquinera nos encontramos con que la mesa que está enfrente de la terraza de la habitación se llenaba de gente que hablaba ruidosamente.

El hotel es hermoso, limpio, muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento, sobre todo don fernando, es un 10.

Cons:

El ruido de las casas cercanas puede llegar a ser fuerte, supongo que tiene que ver que estuvimos en las fiestas de fin de año y todo el pueblo tenía música con volumen alto todo el día
