The staff was decent but one towel set for 2 people is ridiculous.
Pros:

It was a convenient location

Cons:

They gave us one towel set and it was 2 of us and when I asked for another set I never got one. I went to the dollar store and purchased a towel set myself.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!
Pros:

I can’t really say there was anything that we liked about the property, other than it wasn’t too far from downtown.

Cons:

The floors were absolutely disgusting, all surfaces had dust, dirt, and grime on them, the bed had one flat pillow, the air conditioner was caked with dirt. The sink pipes were broke and had a shirt wrapped around it, the microwave was gross, there were no soaps, wash rags or towels, the WORST part of all was that there were roaches in the room!!!!

Horrible and made us decide to leave Nashville early

Very sketchy

Cons:

There was no staff for check-in for over 40 min. A lady finally walks to the office as we’re pulling away and it’s the same lady that we saw taking a smoke break on the 3rd or 4th floor that she was walking in and out of when we were pulling in trying to find the front door/office!!

No Security,people who live there long term treat it like there property.seen multiple deals go down.No elevator for two days,when simply asked about it,why no sign saying it's out,all I got wand as a blank stare by the lady? Never seen a Hotel tell a guest,we got no towels,the Check in office wreaked of Marijuana??? Hello go outside with that shit!!! You can not operate a 3 story building without a Elevator,that's Illegal,NO sorry ,nothing but attitude...nobody ever brought any towels nor empty the trash and there was nowhere to dump it...how dispicable...I paid for Service,1 Pillow...nope never seen that either,and I stay in lots of Hotels lady...Racism...possibly so.. 3 separate bugs found,1 in my bed in the middle of the night,I freaked.I called the Fire Dept in regards to NO Elevator,no responce,nobody answered the calls,called several times...ODD right? Food was left in the fridge upon arrival...some how it was up to me to find out for the Staff if my room had any towels...like a clown show it was!!! Who does this...No professionalism existed IMO. Im smelling cover ups from b.com for these shady fronts operating as Legit,there not BOOKINGS.COM!!! OH a security car with a flashing light ran for 2 days,day and night.....is that to make YOU feel like you got some security there...
