The staff was helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the brief stay there.
It would have been nice for the room to have a wardrobe for clothes, but I guess that would affect the room size.
Best place I've found in Guangzhou, the location is perfect. the ambience is okay, breakfast is perfect (if you are used to having chinese food). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Sonya was very kind and assisted us a lot in getting information about the city and commuting. Thank you. will visit again.

Rooms are very clean, and bathroom is good and clean, they clean bad, change sheets and give us every day new water
Staff are very bad at English, they charge me more than price on Booking, they calculate high exchange rate and charge me 50 eur more, rooms can be bigger and mini bar need insert in rooms. Also breakfast is every day same, it is bad when 7 mornings eat same food

Staff were helpfull. They tried their best to use machine translator to english. My room being upgraded with same price. Free breakfast (but not muslim friendly 😪). Free laundry. Welcome gift by the staff (face mask etc). Free water bottle. Bathroom came with music. Hotel are cute with green tiffany look. Auto curtain on and off.
The address shown in booking.com and google maps are INCORRECT. It took us for 2 hours with big luggage before reach to the hotel from nearest metro. We use metro go to nearest MRT then we lost. We also try didi but didi also cannot find the address. We contact the hotel but still no clue.. after almost 2hours, hotel send one of their staff to pick us up by walk infront of KFC (Jiangnanxi metro exit A) and we have to walk to the hotel about 25mins walk. There are a lot of shops around but they are not muslim friendly shop available.
