Modern Hotel with Friendly Service
Pros:

The hotel was a bit far from the city but convenient for the highway/main road; the property is modern and very beautiful; special praise goes to the staff, who were truly welcoming, and the receptionist was very kind and gave us excellent advice, In particular, the winery they recommended to us was truly special.

Cons:

The restaurant mostly offered the same dishes, and I would have appreciated a bit more variety. The outdoor parking is simply an unpaved lot with a noticeable drop from the road, so you need to be careful if you have a low car.

Un séjour absolument parfait au Villagio Boutique Hôtel à Hersonissos ! 🌟 L’endroit est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’élégance. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’accueil est tout simplement exceptionnel : le personnel est chaleureux, aux petits soins, (spécial dédicace à Gorgia) toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. 😊 La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont superbes, parfaits pour se détendre dans une ambiance calme et conviviale. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux ! 🥐☕️
Un véritable petit coin de paradis, idéal pour des vacances inoubliables à Hersonissos. Je recommande les yeux fermés !”

Friendly staff, but an uncomfortable stay and very disappointing treatment after we had to leave.
Pros:

The staff were kind and welcoming, especially Maria at the reception, who genuinely tried to help with everything.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, sleeping on the floor would have been better.
The bed was made with just a sheet, and an extra sheet was provided instead of a proper blanket. There was a blanket in the closet, but it had no cover and felt unhygienic to use. We asked for a blanket cover but they didn’t have any.
We asked for an extra blanket to soften the mattress but there was none available.
Breakfast was very basic, with very little variety.
The Wi-Fi was weak and very slow, barely usable.

We paid in advance for 3 nights, but due to an emergency situation in Israel we had to leave after just one night to catch a rescue flight.
At checkout, Maria at the reception, in the presence of the hotel manager, assured us that once the hotel received payment from Booking, we would be refunded for the two unused nights.
Despite this clear promise, the hotel reservation department refused to issue a refund.

Excellent hotel, staff were excellent, would definitely return.
Pros:

The property was modern, stylish, rooms were large, shower was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Swimming pool was clean, sun beds were comfortable, beautiful location.

We have been in better hotel which one had 2-3 stars. Not worth for money.
