Clean and spacious with a large shower and lovely cleaning staff.
Some noise through the walls and the thermostat only went down to 18C, which meant- without operable windows- that it was sometimes hot.
Apartment had everything we needed, all efficiently and tidily arranged. Everything felt new and clean. High ceilings of downstairs area made the space feel larger than it is. Large windows onto the river provided interesting views and ample light (though too much light (even with the blinds in place) in the early morning). The staff was very kind to me when I had been unfortunately sick on the last night.
The loft for the king-size bedroom has a very low ceiling and is accessed by spiral stairs; I found that to be more of a detriment than I expected when I booked. The location requires a bit of effort to get to from the city center; it's not a bad walk to the tram or bus, but in March it was quite cold and windy there on the water. The lower bedroom has floor to ceiling windows directly on the exterior walkway; though very few people likely use the walkway, it has a feeling of being completely exposed unless the blinds are shut.
Beautiful view of the river with huge windows. Also walkable (1.5 miles) from train station. We had five people in our group and there was room for everyone.
Great place for a family to stay!
El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares, en una zona residencial. A 10’ andando de supermercados y restaurantes, y a 30’ andando del centro de la ciudad. Para 2 es ideal. Nosotros éramos un grupo de 4 y se quedaba un poco pequeño. Limpieza y equipamiento perfectos.

We loved our stay at the Eric Vokal. The property was easy to find and easy to access. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to me when I said the internet was not working and worked with me to figure out why. Also anytime I needed anything for the apartment they were always ready to get things for me. We also had a lot of family coming and going and the location of the Pointsteger Hotel for additional guest made being together much easier.
The couch could be a little more comfortable. Also adding a second comforter to the pullout would be better than the one that only reaches the corners of the bed. I liked always staying in hotels with two twin duvets instead of one large comforter. Also add a cheese slicer would be helpful.
Spacious, modern apartment on the river. Very quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay—well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, bike rentals etc. Easy check in and check out. Amy in the front office was very helpful.
The property was a bit far from touristy areas, but public transportation was easily accessible.
La propiedad es EXCELENTE, cada detalle está pensado para que tu estadía sea la mejor! Las camas, los ambientes la limpieza es un 10, la vista del que nos tocó, es ÚNICA, si bien para el transporte público hay que caminar un poco, que te lleva a la terminal , desde ahí podes caminar al centro o tomar conexiones
Volver al depto desde de unas largas caminata era lo mejor, costaba salir de lo confortable que era estar ahí!
The accommodation was very nice! Really nice location, really clean rooms with all amenities needed.
The only negative comment was the lady on the reception. We arrived with outside temperature below 0, and accidentally opened the front door of the reception, but the lady was very rude to refer to the email sent to me with all directions that we should have read in advance. Not helpful - no hospitality provided.
