Guests can store their luggage at the hotel if they arrive before check-in hours. Please note that children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are charged as adults. Pros:

The staff was great.
Emi and Mariam were especially attentive and helpful.
The water views are exceptional.

Pros:

Great apartment for family . Clean and spacious with well equipped kitchen , washing machine . View was amazing and location was good and safe .

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In einem extra Raum konnten wir bei Bedarf verschiedene Dingen (zusätzliche Handtücher, Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs...) holen. Die Lage war gut. Es war sehr ruhig. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, mit der kostenlosen Fähre, die gleich hinter dem Haus an- und ablegt, gelangt man in 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir hatten ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss und konnten uns abends mit einem Glas Wein, das problemlos an der Bar des Hotels zu kaufen war, an den Steg setzen.

Cons:

Für 2 Personen ist das Appartment optimal. Zu dritt kann man sich arrangieren. Für 4 Personen ist es definitiv zu klein. Leider gibt es wenig Möglichkeiten, seine Kleider unterzubringen. Es gibt kaum Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was great, the area was safe and quiet but a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 3 stops you were in the centre of Amsterdam. Staff were great and easy to contact. Apartment was well priced and a great base for exploring the area.

Cons:

Dommage que certains voyageurs ne sachent pas respecter le sommeil des voisins.
Quand un enfant hurle de 3h ...à 4h de matin sans que les parents ne réagissent...
Cela aurait pu être un accidebt mais les 2 autres nuits idem avec des cris dès 6h du matin pas cool pour la récupération

Attraktive, aber eher teure Wohnung
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Wasser, in einer attraktiven Umgebung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Man kann das Gepäck vor und nach dem Bezug zwischenlagern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist zu klein für fünf Gäste. Wir hatten bei der Buchung nach einer Unterkunft für fünf Personen gesucht und es hat uns diese Wohnung angezeigt. Ja, man kann das Sofa in ein Doppelbett umwandeln und es hat sechs Schlafplätze, aber die Wohnfläche und die übrige Möblierung ist für maximal vier Personen ausgelegt.
