Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento perfeito!
Pros:

Além de ser um hotel excelente, o atendimento é extremamente diferenciado. Todos são muito cuidadosos, Cindy e Elowen me ajudaram bastante. Sempre disponíveis, mesmo com a deferência de idiomas. Muqin também foi um excelente colaborador!

We upgraded to a bigger room - and it was massive. Very clean, staff very helpful, plenty of goodies (like a small welcome pack?). Very good location

An environmental friendly hotel
Pros:

The hospitality of the staff. The room was cleaned without smoky smell for a non smoking room in Guangzhou was amazing.

Cons:

The room was consider small. We were struggling to open 2 big lauggages in the room. Hotel without a proper drive in path to drop or pick up passenger. Some driver even requested passenger to drop off at the opposite of the hotel as driver is lazy to make a u-turn.

Nice hotel with a long waiting time for the elevator.
Pros:

There was a free shuttle bus to the Canton fair what is a good help. The big shopping mall "Grandview" is just a walking distance. My toilet got stucked and the hotel repaired that immediately - very good!

Cons:

There is a long waiting time for the elevetor. Just not enough elevators (only two) for such a big hotel. Especially that stairs require button to open and I was not sure if that is for emergency only. (There were a lot of guests in the hotel due to the Canton fair).
The breakfast has very little of Western food - very little means, not enough.

Pros:

Conforto da cama e travesseiros, limpeza, amenities. Foram muito cuidadosos. Um dia colocavam fruta outro dia mimos com chocolate e biscoitos. Os funcionarios foram calorosamente amáveis, respeitosos e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. A localização do hotel é perfeita, da pra ir aos melhores lugares a pé. Sem duvidas a melhor escolha de Guangzhou para mim! tudo incrível!

Cons:

Não tem algo que eu não gostei. Tudo pra mim foi positivo. O hotel me surpreendeu.

Good location, very clean, many amenities.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, had many amenities (blowdryer, robes, slippers, toothpaste, shower cap etc). Towels and robes were changed everyday. The outlets in the room are western style (american/european). Location is great. There’s a McDonalds at the end of the street, a lot of fruit and bakery shops, and close to 3 shopping malls

Overall hotel was good but they don't seem to care other guests smoke in the rooms
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The laundry service was free and done well which we very much appreciated. Breakfast was good too. They also let you borrow universal adaptors from the front desk which saved us buying one!

Cons:

We had to change rooms twice because of the smell of smoke. The smell would come and go, at first we were concerned it was a mechanical malfunction because it is a non-smoking hotel but when we told the staff this concern they stated it was probably someone smoking in another room and coming through the air conditioning. I don't know for certain but I wasn't told or saw any effort to find out who was smoking and tell them to stop which makes me think this is a known and accepted problem by the hotel.
