I’m not a fan of self service tea making or making own toast

There was nothing that I didn't like!

Lift service is limited

Only thing that could be improved were the pillows - they were fine but not amazing. But a very minor issue overall.

Booked this as hotel for a celebration for my wife’s Birthday, Absolutley no gesture made to my wife for her birthday, Not even a Happy Birthday wish, When I have booked with other hotels they have at least acknowledged the occasion should it be a card left to the room or a complimentary drink for her. I even left it in the notes for requests! Rooms were too warm, even having a control for room temperature we still had to have the window open most of the time, Complimentary shower gels shampoos etc in shower were stuck on the wall with a sticky back tape and they kept falling off the wall. Room was very Dusty definitely not a lot of attention paid to making sure rooms were dusted (Especially on-top of the wall lights at the bedside) We left our room after returning from breakfast at approx 10am and the housekeeping were outside our room servicing the rooms around us however they didn’t service our room until approx 4pm (they knocked the door and asked would we like our room serviced) we were heading out for dinner which wasn’t an issue, however when we returned after dinner we found that they had only left 1 towel in the bathroom even though there were 2 of us staying (and the used towels were left on the bathroom floor as advised) . At breakfast we were told that we could order eggs the ways we wanted them as there were only scrambled on the self service, we ordered poached eggs and after about 15mins they eventually arrived and were more like hard boiled eggs. By no means are slating this hotel but as customers paying top prices in the area and especially for a Hilton hotel we expected it to be top quality, We understand that it’s a new hotel and that feedback is required to better the service, but we hope that the issues raised are addressed, Thanks

Parking the car and walking (but not a big problem as I was mobile).

Would've preferred there to be an option to include breakfast in the price of the room instead of paying in addition
