Needs more better communication between staff serving and customers.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Only one chair in room. Noise overnight from
fan. Slow service ask for fried eggs for breakfast, came when breakfast was eaten. Ordered a glass of wine with dinner. It never came.

I’ll definitely visit again. It was beautiful.
Pros:

I loved how warm and welcoming the staff were from the moment we walked in until checking out. The room was clean, had all necessities and was actually more spacious than I’d thought. The decor is absolutely beautiful.

Central gem with amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the town centre. Breakfast was amazing with even extra choices like eggs benedict or pancakes with (lots of) bacon. Short stroll to the little harbour and waterfront pubs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great price, lovely room, great Reception staff

Cons:

Possibly bkg a table, we were staying but hadn't booked a table, went down at 5pm on a Wed. Got a table but advised we could only have to after 6pm which was fine, empty tables around us, other people were enquiring but told all booked out and had to go away, tables were still empty when we had finished so customers could have had a quick bite to eat, also we were sitting in the foyer one evening, couple called in for a dessert, the receptionist said she would check with the kitchen, advised no from the kitchen

Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Cons:

People staying in the room above were really noisy for hours after midnight. We did not phone reception as we kept thinking it would stop or be stopped by neighbouring rooms .The night before they came, it was quiet, so we were unlucky .

Very nice stay
Pros:

Location was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Nice decor and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price unfortunately so we didn’t try it (felt a little expensive for a family of four) but the breakfast room itself looked nice.
