Great location and very friendly staff.
Central location. Bar area was good with lively atmosphere on evening. Very clean & staff were friendly & pleasant
Room sizes was small.
Lovely boutique hotel in good location. In our opinion best food available in Portrush - thoughful asian inspired menu. All staff well trained, served at dinner by Andrew who was a character and very friendly. Rooms a little small but overall a good stay
Rooms a little small and the view to the back alley was a little disappointing
Everything, especially the staff. They were totally amazing. Made us feel like Royalty! Special mention goes out to Chloe. The most helpful, friendiest, kindest person you would like to have serving you. Management give her a pay rise and a big pat on the back!
Nothing everything perfect
Everything was amazing staff and very nice and very helpful the l breakfast was amazing
Everything
Very clean and friendly staff.
Everything was great, very central.
The hotel is beautiful, and we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms and bathrooms are finished to a high standard, clean and well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made a positive difference to our experience. The location is also superb, convenient and well situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay with a lot of reasons to recommend it.
We had a very comfortable stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful. With a few relatively simple improvements, the experience could easily move from good to exceptional.
Given the premium price point, there were a few areas where expectations weren’t quite met. Service in the bar, for example, felt inexperienced. Our drinks order was forgotten twice and had to be chased, and when they did arrive, the presentation was somewhat untidy. In addition, £11 for a large glass of house white wine felt excessive.
In the room, there were some basic details that detracted from the experience. The shower shampoo dispenser was empty, which is difficult to address once you’re already in the shower. The toilet roll provided was also of very low quality, which felt out of step with the overall standard and cost of the stay.
We also noticed that our card was charged for extras prior to checkout. We would always expect to review and approve any additional charges before payment is taken, as is standard practice in most hotels. There is also a pending charge on my credit card that I do not recognise as being associated with our stay, which is concerning given the above.
Breakfast was acceptable, but the buffet-style cooked items appeared to have been left under heat for too long, resulting in food that tasted reheated rather than fresh.
I run my own business and genuinely value constructive feedback, so I share this in that spirit. We did enjoy our visit, but with some attention to these details, it could have been a truly exceptional experience.
