We paid over 100$ a night for our room and could get better value somewhere else.
Pros:

I love the suite that we rented. It was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were great and the mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like that there was no hot water, it didn’t mater what time of the day and the hotel was very empty so not a lot of people were showering. I just think they don’t have hot water.
I didn’t like the coffee they served with breakfast. If you ordered one, it was delicious but the one that came with the free breakfast was terrible. The buffet breakfast was okay. The wifi was good in the lobby but terrible in our room.

Hotel bien ubicado, es la ventaja que tienen. Mal el servicio del personal.

El servicio del personal. Poco atentos, no tienen servicio a la habitación, se demoran en contestar o responder por los canales de atención que tienen. Había una araña en la habitación, lo que sugiere que no hubo una debida limpieza o un control de plagas eficiente.

Pros:

Céntrico de todo el centro de Granada,seguro para caminar de noche, muchos restaurantes alrededor, el personal muy atento y amable, a pesar de ser un hotel con vida nocturna de fiesta, no nos molesto en ningún momento el ruido.

Cons:

Por precio y calidad me parece que el precio es bastante alto para lo que ofrecen, rentamos una suite y no fue lo esperamos por lo que pagamos, el baño tenía fuga en la ducha, olía mucho a humedad y las habitaciones no son como se muestran en las fotos, les hace falta mantenimiento tanto en las habitaciones como en el edificio, solo la fachada de la recepción y el bar luce mejor,también recalcar que nunca nos llegaron a limpiar la habitación, nos fuimos 4 veces durante el día y nunca recibimos limpieza, cuando pagas un hotel y no un Airbnb es para tener un mejor servicio y lamentablemente Socialtel no cumplió expectativas.

Was great.
Pros:

Room was sufficient
Bathroom needs some work especially the shower
Pool was adequate and size standard for the country. You won't be doing laps.
Location was amazing. Right on the main Plaza.

Warning! Dirty, Filthy Room, Staff lie to you, Steal money (promised refund NEVER happened)! I checked in, the room was so small you couldn't even fit a suitcase in the room, they offered an upgrade for +$60 which I took. The new room had dark black hair all over the bathroom and to top things off IN THE BED when I went to lie in bed (I am blonde...). I decided after 14h of travel I had seen enough and the staff at the hotel offered to give me a refund the next day, they photocopied my bank card (I was jet-lagged and afterwards realised I should have NEVER have let them do that). Then next day, no refund, the day after, no refund.... My boyfriend popped in to ask them and they confirmed that their head office just needed some info and then they'd refund the money. My boyfriend recorded this interaction. Booking.com haven't gotten back to me, I'm going to escalate this further. They promised a refund and are not dodging it which is disingenuous and my option is stealing, it's a verbal contract and I recoded that conversation where they confirmed this. This is by far the dodgiest and most duplicitous hotel I have ever witnessed.

Not going back .
Pros:

Location wise is great, 24 hours grocery nearby . Close to nice restaurants, to the beach ⛱️. Welcome drink , like the ambiance...great service.

Cons:

Room have problem key was not working however they provided us a better room with private bathroom , no hot water kind of disappointed because I really wanted to have a nice warm shower after a tiring day., check- in late but was not able to accommodate if we can check out an hour late , the request was declined. No flexibility.

We enjoyed our stay! We expected more based on reviews and the location. The staff were protocol not overly friendly. The parking attendant was exceptional at his duty and very hospitable. The waiter was attentive as well. That was about it in terms of staff.
We did enjoy the night entertainment; but the drinks were quite watered down. Barely any alcohol.
We would consider other stay to explore if we visit again. Not bad for the price, but once again, the welcome and service felt flat.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and plenty of information about the area and things to do. Very central.

Cons:

My room has a small issue with the door handle that made it hard to open. The staff were on it immediately and had it fixed super quickly. Impressed with the turn around time.
