Best manager Norwing
Pros:

We really enjoyed my stay; great bed, great facilities and a very welcoming staff who will make you feel right at home. Especially the manager Norwing was very helpfull in accomodating all our needs!!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The pool was alo brilliant.

Cons:

We wanted to order a taxi, instead of doing this, they tried to push their own much more expensive trip upon us. After convincing them that we did not want the trip, they ordered us a taxi but wanted to charge us $50 dollars when it should have cist €15. Luckily we were abe to walk outside and immediately get a taxi for €15.

Amazingly beautiful
Pros:

One of the security guards called “Rene” was amazing, friendly and very helpful, the supervisor and manager too!!! We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to come back, but the only thing was that there’s no tv and refrigerator in the room but other than that everything was pretty good and amazingly nice.

Pros:

La très bonne situation géographique pour visiter la ville.
Le personnel souriant et sympa à l'accueil.

Cons:

Les photos de la chambre sur le site internet ne correspondent pas totalement à la réalité.
Dans la journée, la musique dans l'hôtel est trop forte et le billard et la piscine occasionnent beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à la chambre.
Pas de ménage de la chambre pour un séjour de quatre nuits.
Le personnel de restauration était peu agréable contrairement à celui de l'accueil.

Agradable estancia en Granada
Pros:

Se encuentra en el corazón de Granada, a pocos pasos de la Catedral y de muchos otros lugares como restaurantes y más. Norwing fue un gran anfitrión y de verdad que si todos fueran como él sería un lugar totalmente recomendado.

Agradecería que en la habitación se coloque algún mueble para colocar la ropa o al menos un silla

Bijzonder verblijf
Pros:

De locatie is echt perfect in Granada. Je loopt overal zo naartoe.

Voor ons was de belangrijkste reden om hier te boeken omdat Selina zijn naam zou hebben aangepast naar Socialtel. Het is belangrijk te vermelden dat het geen Selina meer is en ze ook geen hostel meer zijn.

We kregen een gratis cheesecake bij ontvangst en werden vriendelijk verwelkomt.

Cons:

Geen raam op de slaapkamer, terwijl hier wel mee geadverteerd wordt.

In het zwembad gillen de kinderen van de medewerker alles bij elkaar.

Bij het uitchecken kregen we de vraag hoe we ons verblijf vonden en de opmerking dat ze een switch willen maken naar Boetiek hotel en wij daarom een 10 moesten geven op Booking. Daarnaast werd er gepusht om ter plaatse de Booking review in te vullen en er een 10 neer te zetten. Het had voor het hotel gepleit als ze gevraagd hadden waar de verbeter mogelijkheden lagen, in plaats van te zeggen dat er maar ‘gewoon’ een 10 gegeven moest worden. Ook in de dagen erna bleef ik appjes binnenkrijgen dat ik nog een 10 moest geven.
Het het heeft er uiteindelijk in geresulteerd dat we een lager cijfer geven dan we in eerste instantie wilde omdat het voelt als fraude en ik het echt niet kan waarderen continue gepusht te worden om een cijfer te geven waar ik niet achter sta.

Large spacious rooms, in the centre of Granada with very friendly staff.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast, the access to tours. Also the room was very big and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Didn’t use many of the other features. Norwing especially made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

Above our balcony lived a lot of pigeons so there was a quiet a few feathers and poop around. Nothing major
