Pros:

La ubicación me parece excelente. Una desventaja es que no disponen de parqueo, los vehículos pueden resultar dañados o con robo de piezas por la falta de parqueo y por el excesivo tráfico que hay en la zona.
La habitación estuvo bien con respecto al precio, hubo un problema con al aire a ciertas hora de la noche no estaba helando pero se volvió a componer en la siguiente hora.
La piscina sí le falta mantenimiento, habían escalones muy resbaloso y poco seguro para niños.

Cons:

La atención en el bar fue deficiente, la calidad de la atención podría mejorar considerablemente.

Pros:

La ubicación muy bien.
Lo mejor el personal, muy atent@s y educad@s, dispuestos a dar el mejor servicio.
El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

No tienen acceso conveniente para personas con movilidad reducida, no hay rampas ni ascensor.
Habitación en el primer piso era amplia y limpia, pero no hay tv, ni ropero y no tenía ventanas, el ruido en los pasillos es molesto. Desde muy temprano en la mañana y hasta muy tarde en la noche se escucha música y eso evita poder descansar cómodamente.
En el baño solo ponen una toalla por persona, no hay para secarse las manos ni la cara.

Het hotel is mooi (algemene ruimtes) met een goede locatie. De jongens van Barpersoneel waren ook erg fijn en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Hebben lang op onze kamer moeten wachten. Pas op het moment dat we een beetje begonnen aan te dringen gingen ze heel snel 1 kamer schoonmaken. Het personeel bij receptie is niet vriendelijk. Kamer was oud en viel erg tegen. Echt niet de prijs waard

Pros:

Super gelegene Unterkunft direkt bei der großen Kathedrale. Schaut von außen sehr schön aus und hat eine nette Veranda fürs Frühstück. Die Klimaanlage war wichtig da es sehr heiß war.
Das Personal ist super nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren okay, aber nicht sehr schön. Die Betten leider unglaublich hart.

Na escolha do quarto a decisão foi errada.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muitos solícitos. Simpatia enorme. Café da manhã tradicional ou continental de alto nível com vistas para a praça e sua igreja. Um bar e restaurante com várias opções.

Cons:

A internet não funciona bem nos quartos, apenas na área da recepção. Apesar da escolha do quarto, mas a cama é muito baixa, parecia que você estava deitado no chão. O quarto não possui nenhuma janela ou abertura de renovação do ar, você se sente preso. Uma simples ventarola ajudaria muito.

Déjeuner buffet le Week-end.

Bien situé en face du parc.
Stationnement en face de l'hôtel sans frais.

Cons:

Service client peu chaleureux.
EX : La personne de l'accueil nous a ouvert la porte de notre chambre sans explication et refermé rapidement en nous y laissant à l'intérieur.

EX : Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Ex : où est le déjeuner, Cocktail de bienvenu.

Équipements défectueux
EX : aire climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel ne nous croyait pas. Il a fallut plus d'une heure pour obtenir un changement de chambre. Résolution de problème peu fonctionnelle.

CHAMBRE :
ONGLES coupés sur le meuble à notre arrivée.
Cheveux dans le lit.

Nous avons changé de chambre vers une autre où la climatisation fonctionnait :
CHEVEUX et maquillage sur l'oreiller.

Aucun rabais proposé.
Aucune excuse ou service à ce sujet.
