Pros:

Location accessible to transportation, etc, but.. upon arriving which we have no control over... locals offering tours to all locations, etc.

Cons:

Property clean, staff excellent.. but being in hotel industry myself, and talking to guests, no idea no T.V, regardless traveling seeing city, etc, but aspect of no mini fridge to keep basics cold, such as water, etc

Grand building, great staff, disappointing room
Pros:

The staff were absolutely exceptional, super friendly and helpful and really cared about our time there, particularly Norwing and Sofia.
The location is central and walkable to everywhere, they coordinate tours and activities every day and the downstairs shared space has a nice feel to it with the swimming pool, pool table and bar.
The suite we booked was spacious, provided a lovely view of the cathedral with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The suite is such a fantastic, open room with a lovely view, which so much more could be made of. There is so much empty space and cupboard space without a mini-fridge, only one hanger, clothes space, television etc. It makes the room feel bare and empty.
The room is very rustic, and despite having a great view, prone to ALL the noise in the central square that was ongoing until 2am (there was a festival we were not given the heads up about) and again at 6am when the working day starts.
The WiFi was very poor and intermittent, and the property has no hot water so don’t expect a warm shower.

Lovely , thank you Norwing
Pros:

Our stay at the Socialtel Hotel in Granada was lovely.
The location is great , right on the central plaza , there is a nice pool and the breakfast was tasty .
But more then everything the stuff member named Norwing , that helped us a lot and even when we had a problem with our room he helped us and didn’t let go until we were completely pleased .
Very recommend the place . Will be back !
