Es lindo y limpio
Pagamos un balcón frente al parque pero nos dieron uno al costado y del balcón no se veían nada, solo tejas de techo
Die Lage ist der Hammer und die ganze Atmosphäre hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer, zumindest meins, war nicht außergewöhnlich, aber gut.

Good location - right on the main square. However this can be a negative because so many tourist guides pester you as soon as you walk out
Beware - The person on the front desk told us they charge $3 for laundry, then they tried to charge us $45 and said it was $3 per pound! We ended up arguing with them and got it down to $16, which was still stupidly overpriced when we’ve paid $5 in other places in Nicaragua, and sometimes even got it free.
Their WhatsApp ‘instant’ messaging service is not instant. I had to ask 4 times for more toilet paper (twice on WhatsApp and twice in person at the front desk) before someone actually brought some 24 hours later.
Breakfast was fine, but we found hairs on 2 different days in our food
The water totally stopped in our room - however they did fix it 2 hours later.
Not enough hooks on the walls / shelf space for backpackers, even though there’s lots of wall space. Also no long length mirror.
This is not the hotel’s fault, but there are horse drawn carriages directly outside. Please can we stop this cruelty to animals - most tourists are smart enough to know better.

Que pena q no tome fotos estaba super asqueroso el cuarto y el baño ni se diga . Demasiado ruido no pude dormir.
La ubicación, el cuidado de los vehículos, el check in fue sencillo.
- Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento: El baño está goteando, las puertas y algunas secciones del cuarto y el baño necesitan mantenimiento para verse mejor.
Linda decoración, ambiente acogedor.
Para el precio que pagué se veía bastante sencilla la habitación suite, baño sucio en la habitación para 2 en la planta baja.
The location
Bottom line - worst value for money.
Firstly we got a different room than what we ordered, after explaining that to the receptionist (that blamed booking.com for that) and many tries to just get what we paid for… They changed our room for the one we ordered.
The room looked like it had never been cleaned- body hair all over the bathroom, dirty floor and etc.
The bathroom was almost impossible to shower in, no window or air circulation at all, no water pressure and the shower head was directed to anywhere else but the shower.
Very bad breakfast
Very noisy
Not very helpful staff

Very central on the main square
We had quite the ordeal! Firstly we booked our room based on the images displayed on booking.com, when we arrived we were show to a completely different room - most startling was that the room had no windows. Nothing remotely like what we had booked! We explained this to the staff and we were told that ‘the photos on booking.com are sometimes wrong…!
We then requested that we be moved to a room with windows, and were informed that they were fully booked for the night. We were not satisfied with this response and after much deliberation, a room became available!
Once again, absolutely nothing like the room we had booked. We were shown to a room that we weren’t sure was even being used to house guests; it looked like it was still under renovation….
Another conversation with reception (a 10 minute negotiation) and eventually we were upgraded since the room we had originally booked was not available. We were thankful for a room with windows but for a ‘suite’ it certainly lacked standard. Facing the main square with Karaoke going on until 12AM and hearing every single note… was this karma for airing our frustrations?!
