Location was great, 5 mins down 3rd Ave to Broadway, plenty of shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, fresh from the kitchen, recommend the chef's Nash Hash.
Location
The elevator was a little shaky
Great location, and staff was very friendly!
We loved everything about the Countrypolitan. It was a perfect location, close to Broadway and all the attractions. It was clean and comfortable with a
friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the live music every evening. We stayed at the hotel to listen to music rather than fight the crowds on Broadway at night.
The interior design is cowboy chic. An eclectic mixture of mcm and boho style..
very warm and inviting. The bar and restaurant was fantastic. Daily live music in the lounge was a wonderful treat.
Nothing- it was great
Great stay and relaxation in
The staff was amazing — we had a wonderful experience and the entertainment was great too!
Food & service was excellent.
We will definitely stay there again.
Classic and Comfortable. Front desk persons fantastic
The price of parking
Lovely Hotel indigo a great location. Very close to Printers Alley and Broadway but the rooms were so quiet and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Top Service, nettes Personal und Hammer Lage

Great vibe and location. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in luck! Breakfast is amazing, ordered off menu (not a buffet) and includes great local specialities like biscuits, hot chicken, proper hash browns, brisket, you will not be leaving hungry!
Happy hour is great, with $6 mules (plus tax etc). There is music in the bar in the evening but we were so busy elsewhere we didn't actually get the chance to see it.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great location right at the top of Printers Alley - although there is not much else around other than the bars on Printers Alley and Black Rabbit, but a good central position for exploring beyond Lower Broadway - Ubers can easily come right to the door. The decor and ambiance throughout the hotel is great. Really nice big shower in our bathroom with good water pressure. Free wifi.
Its clearly an old building thats been recently refurbished. Its not a modern building, so there are a few flaws. I work in construction and noticed it, my wife however was completely oblivious so your opinion may vary. Small issues like they have clearly removed the carpets in the bedrooms but kept the original doors so there is quite a gap under the door that lets in noise and light form the corridor. The air con is kind clunky and noisy but it worked pretty well.
If you book with booking.com make sure you check your booking details are correct at check in. They're system didn't show us as having breakfast included, when it was. To their credit, the staff were extremely polite and corrected it with no fuss, but it was a bit of a faff and concern to get presented with a bill for breakfast and resort fees (that we had already paid).
Playing music on your TV in your room was like $20 extra, which seemed a bit excessive, especially as we were in Music City. But you can screenshare off your phone and play spotify/youtube if you need some music in your room.
Our bill at the bar was wrong both times, each time the server corrected it without fuss but make sure to check it.
We were on the 4th floor and it was kind of noisy with trash cans being collected from Printers Alley at 5am, and you can hear every sound from the corridors. The walls are pretty thick though so no noise from neighbouring rooms.
The people, ambience, location.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Excellent food and drink on premises. The MonteCrisco and Avocado Toast and Burgers were delicious!!
Nothing I did not like!
very nice and a great price and in a perfect spot. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I’d fully recommend staying here.
only thing i didn’t like was one of the elevators was scary but other than that everything was nice.
