Pros:

Overall the stay was perfect. The location was great, room was nice, and the price was excellent. Best value in the area compared with other friends who stayed in the area. Personal room cheaper than nearby hostels! The host was very friendly and I extended my stay twice. Perfect visit.

Noisy, uncomfortable.
Pros:

functional kitchen. Good instructions to get into the place although it would be even easier if someone was there to let you in.

Cons:

This room has a lot of street noise - some traffic and bar music/people. I was there on a Saturday night, but it was loud all night. I did not meet the host. He is off site. He only takes cash and I had to leave it in the room when I left. I guess he got it, but a bit insecure. Booking should make more clear the payment options. The bed was dusty, hard and bit worn as I guess you might expect with a budget place. One bathroom shared between 4 or 5 rooms. Not sure who all is staying/living there. Someone put a roll of toilet paper in the toilet for some reason.
