Everything was excellent, the place, the location and the host. Less than 10 mins walk from metro/tram/train/bus. The restaurant just next to the accommodation offered very good choices.

What a hidden gem! A beautiful farmhouse with lovely gardens and a great bar and restaurant. You would never expect it in the middle of a residential/commercial area. Close to 2 metro stations that can take you anywhere.
Very peaceful location, comfortable beds, great shower and bath. Excellent restaurant and easy to get tram or metro to places of interest. Also pleasant walk to De Pijp for great restaurants.

Because it is a restored farmhouse it has some low beams that you had to duck in a few areas.

The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. the beds were comfortable. We were welcomed by Deene who was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the bathroom was not ideal - involving steep steps down into the basement room. The double bed is located against one of the room walls making it tricky to get in and out of for one of the person on the inside. The WiFi is quite slow and comes and goes.
Gorgeous traditional farm house perfect for a family of four. Deene was great with the communication and assisted us with our queries. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!
The word authentic is in the name of the hotel, and that is exactly what you get. Our room was incredible, featuring an upstairs with extra beds and a basement bathroom with an amazing tub. We had a great time. The hotel was easy to reach and they were super helpful in accommodating my requests related to my wedding.
The location is great, away from the city centre so you can experience the "real" Amsterdam. But still only a short stroll and a tram ride from all major sightseeing locations.
Cleaning could have a little bit more attention to detail, nothing major.
