Piscina grande, linda,, el desayuno estuvo bueno, la zona del bar y lo tranquilo que es el hotel me gustó, de noche hay actividades, está super ubicado. Volvería.
Hubo un poco de descoordinación con el desayuno para llevar del último día y algunas cositas que solicitamos, me parece que a mejorar sería la comunicación en recepción por lo demás nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien.
Solo puedo hablar de la noche y dia que estuve, pero tenia unas buenas instalaciones.
A raíz del las lluvias, nos informaron que debíamos abandonar el Hotel, no había luz ni agua y no podían asegurarnos seguridad. Cero atención al cliente, nada de protocolo ante una situación de emergencia. No se hicieron cargo de nada. Los chicos/as que trabajan ahí hicieron lo que pudieron con lo que tenían, pero no puede ser que ni un administrador ni nadie se acercara o ayudara.
Tuvimos que asumir gastos que no teníamos contemplado. Hasta el día de hoy, estoy en espera del reembolso.

Al día sgte del ingreso al hotel tuvimos que evacuar del hotel porque las lluvias y la mala ubicación del hotel hizo que nuestra seguridad estuviese en riesgo, además no contaba con agua y luz

Me olvide mi tomatodo en la cama y cuando escribí al hotel, me indicaron que no había sido reportado mi tomatodo.
La habitación cilindro era pequeña para dos personas solo contaba con una sábana para cubrirse y en la noche hizo frío
