Aufenthalt gut, Abrechnung schlecht.
Pros:

Lage super, und Preis Leistung für die Übernachtung als solches auch völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist vollautomatisiert. Keine Rezeption, alles elektronisch. Der Vorabeincheckprozess hat nicht geklappt. Dadurch hatten wir weder Zimmerschlüssel, noch konnten wir die Fronttüre öffnen, noch die Tiefgarage. Alles wurde nach mehrfachen Gesprächen irgendwie geklärt. Wir waren zu zweit geschäftlich unterwegs und weder das Hotel noch Booking.com konnten uns getrennte Rechnungen mit Firmenanschrift ausstellen. Am Ende waren es 2 Wochen mit viel Schreiberei und wenig Erfolg. Die Ausgaben mussten als Sonderausgaben mit der Firma abgerechnet werden. Als Geschäftsreisender mit der Notwendigkeit eine Rechnung auf die Firma ausgestellt zu bekommen ist diese Kombination leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Great central location. Beautiful building and apartment, lovely and quiet

Cons:

There was a bad sewage smell in the building at the time we went. But the manager was apologetic- its outside their control and a problem all over the city at the moment apparently

Ein Hotel ohne Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer erfüllt alle Wünsche. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da was muss und alles in bester Qualität. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Ein Hotel ohne Personal erschwert die Kommunikation bei Problemen ungemein. Check in muss man nicht einmal machen sondern zweimal. Sonst kriegt man die digitalen Schlüssel nicht gemailt. Das muss man wissen. Eine Garage ist vorhanden, allerdings sehr teuer und dazu richtig klein. Ein großer Wagen bereitet da Probleme.

Tout! L'appartement est superbe, fonctionnel et respire la sérénité. Tout est pensé pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel est disponible réactif et sympathique. La clef numérique est simple d'utilisation et la possibilité de la partager est sécurisante et confortable : aucune peur de perdre les clefs! Merci pour ce séjour mémorable, pour un futur séjour a Anvers, nous n'irons pas ailleurs! ❤️😉

The living room was nice and the location is convenient.

Cons:

There is absolutely no AC in the room even though the hotel description has AC in it. It was hot during the heat wave and I had to wake up in the middle of the night. I did not receive room key at 3 pm even I did the online check in advance. I had to wait on a guy on WhatsApp to get the key and it was frustrating cuz there is no people on site to help us. There is also noise come from the street which makes it hard to sleep at night.

Exceptional!

Staying at this apartment hotel was truly the cherry on top of our vacation. We stayed in the penthouse, and everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and perfectly organized. The historic building itself is absolutely stunning, and the views are simply breathtaking.

Everything was beyond praise. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antwerp.
