Perfect weekendje Antwerpen
Pros:

Geweldig mooi pand, leuk ingericht. Heerlijk verblijf, precies zoals op de foto’s. Goed geregeld ook met de parkeergarage en alle digitale sleutels.

was een super appartement,echt fantastisch

Cons:

Inchecken doe je op een tablet in de hal.daar ben ik 45 minuten mee bezig geweest.Liep iedere keer vast op mijn geboortedatum.Dan kun je hulp via whatsapp vragen,een virtuele assistent.die hielp me niet verder.zei constant dat er contact met me opgenomen zou worden.wat niet gebeurde.Uiteindelijk heeft een andere gast me geholpen.
De deuren open je met een app.dus na ichcken heb ik het pand verlaten om wat te eten en drinken.'s avonds wil het pand betreden.ik gebruik de app: failed to open the door. deur gaat niet open.staat toevallig die andere gast buiten een sigaretje te roken.die probeert de deur te openen.Lukte bij hem ook niet.Gelukkig was zijn vrouw binnen en die heeft de deur geopend.
ook hierbij weer chatten met een "virtuele assistent" .dit keer wel door een echt mens beantwoord maar duurde ook zeker 10 minuten.
Luxury Homes legt de standaard heel erg hoog qua accomodatie. de service die verleent word als iets niet werkt is 0.Bij zoeen accomodatie hoor je onmiddelijk en adequaat te reageren.deze manier van klantenservice is ronduit slecht.als er iets is direct contact opnemen om de klant tevreden te stellen en niet die achterlijke virtuele assistent die geen oplossingen heeft.
ik ga hier nooit meer heen.

Tot in detail is overal aan gedacht en het is een fantastisch penthouse , prachtige inrichting met alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten , echt BOVEN VERWACHTING KLASSE

Luxury Experience Diminished by Unfair Charge
Pros:

The suite was amazing. The natural light coming through the glass ceiling in the living room created a beautiful atmosphere, and the private cinema room with the bar was truly special. The design and overall concept of the suite left a very positive impression.

Cons:

After checkout, €100 was charged to my credit card for a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser that was already not functioning during our stay. In order to use the soap while showering, I had to remove the bottle and place it on the bathroom floor. No damage was caused, and the soap was still almost full upon departure.

The charge was processed without prior explanation, invoice, or cost breakdown. Charging a guest for a non-functioning bathroom amenity and handling it in this manner was very disappointing. Due to this experience, I would not stay here again.

Superbe expérience !
Pros:

Magnifique entrée, avec un ascenseur des années 1940 qui va superbement bien avec le bâtiment, super localisation. Très bonne et efficiente clé digitale pour entrer et sortir du bâtiment et de la chambre. Chambre moderne. Capsules de café offertes ainsi que bouteille d’eau.

Cons:

Nous avons demandé un lit bébé qui n’était apparemment pas disponible. La rue entière était fermée pour un événement ce qui nous a posé quelques problèmes pour accéder au bâtiment.
