Cons:

1. Не было горячей воды в душе, а холодная шла маленькой струйкой
2. Ресторан сначала дал одно меню, потом новое с ценами в 2 раза дороже, а после всего еще и было сильное расстройство желудка. В итальянский ресторан в гостинице ходить нельзя!!!
3. Персонал на стойке максимально неприветливый, в номере два телефона ни по одному так и не смогла дозвониться ни до ресепшн, ни до консьержа. За такую цену могли бы хотя бы трубки брать.
4. Неудобная кровать, подушки как будто тряпками набиты.
5. Шумно. Шум с улицы, шум из коридора.
6. Шатл раз в час и уходит на всегда по расписанию

Exceptional, the Hotel staff aim to please, it was an enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The staff are exceptional! Hussain the concierge is the best in the world, he was helpful and supportive, Amir on Reception nothing was too much for him to do for me when I first arrived, he changed my room no questions asked. The staff at Breakfast and during our buffet dinner were attentive, they cater for your needs very well indeed. The Hotel is beautiful, well kept and decorated to a very high standard, I really enjoyed my stay, Room Service, Laundry was great too, Reception and Customer Solution checked in on me regularly to ensure I had what I needed to have an amazing time staying at this hotel in Cairo! Cairo is a beautiful country, and its people are caring, loving and supportive, please don't listen to what the West tell you about Egypt, Egypt is not violent, you won't be kidnapped, the most love and kindness I've ever received apart from my family was from Muslim people. I highly recommend staying in Cairo, Egypt.

Cons:

The thing that let this Hotel down is the chipped and cracked paint on bedroom furnitures and bathroom sinks, there are scalings inside and around the sink bowl and tap, and under the shower screen, the bedroom & bathroom furnitures need to be upgraded and modernized to meet Radisson Hotel standards. In this regard, the Hotel did not meet my expectations, I've stayed in other Radisson Blu hotels and I did not find these problems. With the standards the way it is currently, it tells me as a guest that my comfort is not important. The Buyers and Shareholders for this Hotel need to be mindful they may be losing out on repeated visitors to this Hotel, they need to pay attention to guest feedback, and take our feedback seriously. These disrepairs are not a reflection on Housekeeping, although in the room I booked initially it wasn't clean, but Reception took immediate action and upgraded my room, I was very impressed by how quickly staff resolve complaints.

I had a bad experience in the Hotel only salon, the chair to sit in for a pedicure was broken, and the young girl doing my pedicure cut my heel deeply causing it to bleed, it was painful. She continued to do the pedicure and ignored the bleeding, I had to insist that she stopped so that I could attend to the cut on my heel. When it was time to depart from the Hotel, my heel was still painful and had not fully healed.

A very comfortable and luxurious room with every facility.
Pros:

The room was particularly nice - spacious with a sofa and chair and a lovely big bed. There was a huge bathroom and a nice hallway. We had lunch by the pool and dinner in the seafood restaurant. Both were excellent and good value.

Cons:

No free airport link. We took a taxi at 25$ which is expensive for Cairo.
