Probably none except it was close to the airport
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the security staff at the gate had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude. The security checks were excessive and made us feel as though we were being treated like suspects rather than hotel guests.
I checked in with my father, mother, and brother. During check-in, I asked the receptionist to add breakfast to my parents’ room. I paid for it, received the receipt and room keys, and was told that everything had been arranged.
The following morning, my parents went to the restaurant for breakfast, but the staff told them that no breakfast was registered for their room and that there was nothing they could do. My mother repeatedly asked them to double-check, but they still refused entry. My parents had to return to their room at around 8:00 a.m. Since they had not been in Egypt for more than 10 years, they were unfamiliar with the area and did not know where they could find breakfast early in the morning.
When I woke up and learned what had happened, I went to reception to ask for an explanation. The receptionist told me that my parents were supposed to inform the restaurant staff that I had paid for breakfast separately after making the reservation. This made no sense. If the hotel accepted the payment, it should have been properly recorded in the system and communicated to the restaurant. Guests should not have to explain the hotel’s internal arrangements themselves.
I requested a refund, and I was told it would be processed during check-out.
Later, I ordered food for my family. The security guard at the gate called me over in a very disrespectful manner and demanded that I bring the food to him. He then forced me to sign a document stating that outside food was entirely my responsibility. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this, especially with such an unprofessional attitude.
The room itself also had serious issues.

May be the only positive thing is that there is an external coffee shop accessible from lobby, other than this it’s horrible
I booked suit for my wedding night and faced the following:
- AC is not working and they admitted that
-no hot water for shower and they admitted that
-the reception staff are really rude and encourage to not ever stay again at that so called hotel
-not recommended at all
