From airport pick up service to check out, staff was nice and professional. Although facilities were a bit dated, The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

There are minor details that need improving but the overall experience was so nice that is is not worth mentioning.

Molt bona opció per allotjar-se en Giza
Pros:

L'habitació era enorme. El llit és comodíssim i està perfectament insonoritzat. El desdejuni és molt complet i variat, i el personal molt simpàtic.

Cons:

Algunes persones no parlen gaire anglés i és un tant difícil comunicar-se amb elles.
Vam intentar dinar en el restaurant i hi havia molt poques opcions de la carta disponibles. Ademés van tardar molt en servir-nos. Una llàstima perquè el menjar estava molt bo.

La struttura si trova al quinto piano, camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Jacuzzi in camera è vista piramidi fantastica. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Il rooftop ha una vista spettacolare sulle piramidi. Colazione buona.

Pros:

Look no further and BOOK it! All the hotel staff are beyond helpful and after 5 days staying here, it truly felt like coming home to an extended family. I recommend to get the bigger room, or the view or the tub, the location is great, the staff very accommodating and the hotel very clean.

Tem uma loja de conveniência do outro lado da sua que é excelente

Pros:

The hotel was located in a good position for views of the pyramids. The bed was huge and comfortable. Water, Tea and coffee supplied, and a welcoming glass of fresh orange juice on arrival. Check in was easy and stress free.

Cons:

Milk would have been nice or creamer.

Pros:

Hôtel propre et chambre confortable.
Petite vue Pyramides appréciable de la chambre.
Peignoir et pantoufles à dispo !

Cons:

Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout, nulle part.
Seulement Whatsapp (que les messages, pas vocaux / photos / vidéos).
Impossible d'accéder à mes emails ce qui est très gênant quand on a du boulot.
