Excelente estadía
Pros:

Excelente la habitación, amplia muy limpia y con una vista increíble a las pirámides, el jacuzzi funcionaba perfectamente y era ideal después de un día de paseo, la atención fue muy buena nos ayudaron en todo lo que les era posible, siempre pendientes que estemos conformes, la zona de los alrededores no nos resultó ruidosa ni fea, el hotel es excepcional lo recomiendo.

Goed personeel maar het hotel kan stukken beter
Pros:

De lokatie van het hotel en de vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek dat onze kamer niet leek op die van de foto's. Wij hadden gevraagd om 2 losse bedden. Na dit te hebben aangegeven werd er een klapbed in de kamer neergezet. Het matras was vies en het bed zoals meestal met klapbedden niet comfortabel. Een bad in de kamer met uitzicht naar buiten bleek ook niet te kloppen. Er was een bad in de badkamer. Hiervoor zat een raam waarvan het kozijn niet aanwezig was en een oud gordijntje ervoor hing. In de badkamer zelf was er flink wat onderhoud noodzakelijk. Vieze oude kitranden, vieze tegels lamp die los hing en ook de rainshower hing half los. Als je onder de douche stond liep het water niet goed weg waardoor je ook in een voetenbad stond.
Het twee persoonsbed was niet goed. Het matras was ver doorgezakt.
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en stonden voor je klaar dus daar alleen maar lof voor.
Het ontbijt was de 1e dag goed maar de dagen erna veel minder en niet echt lekker.
Wij hebben 1 keer gedineerd in het restaurant echter was dat een negatieve ervaring. Het duurde lang en wij zagen ineens een medewerker voorbij komen met een zak. Dit leek op een afhaalzak. Niks bleek minder waar toen wij een piep van de magnetron hoorden en er 5 minuten later ineens eten op ons bord lag. Het eten was niet lekker en vooral droog. Wij hebben dit meteen teruggekoppeld aan de medewerkers en excuses werd aangeboden.
Het uitzicht van het dakterras op de pyramides is wel mooi.
Bij het uitchecken werd gevraagd een 10 sterren beoordeling te geven wat we heel vreemd vonden en ook meteen aangegeven dat gezien de ervaring dat zeker niet het geval zou zijn.

You should book this hotel!
Pros:

I had a really nice stay at this small boutique hotel. The view of the pyramids is amazing, you can literally see them right from the room, which makes the whole experience feel special.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always checking in and making sure everything was okay. It felt genuine, not forced.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus.

Highly recommend!

Hotel bem localizado, equipe atenciosa, quarto bastante confortável. Eu tinha uma preocupação de o barulho atrapalhar, ou de ficar numa rua muito suja / movimentada, mas não tivemos problemas com barulho e nem com a rua. Café da manhã bem servido. No terraço tem uma ótima vista para as pirâmides. O banheiro, destaco que possui box, o que é uma raridade em hotéis no Egito.

Cons:

A comunicação com o staff foi um pouco difícil, algumas pessoas não falavam inglês. Então sempre que eu ligava pra recepção, só conseguia me comunicar depois de 2 ligações.
