Die Aktivitäten für Kinder waren super, im Haus gibt es Tobebereich, eine Sporthalle und einen Pool, das Essen war toll, Die Umgebung sehr entspannend, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

Comfortable and fantastic whole-family experience
Pros:

Friendly and personal service. Nice to also see the owners of the hotel personally involved helping guests.
Lots of activities and sports for kids and opportunities for them to meet each other and make new friends. This is the sort of place where you should let your children wander around and independently decide what to do.
Food was good quality, also a really nice wine selection.
Really good spa and facilities. The pool is separate from the quiet spa area.
For an extra price you can also rent an outdoor wood-fired bath/hot-tub overlooking the lake.
If you have an EV, there is also a good charging facility.

Cons:

The pistes in the ski area are limited, and not very challenging. If you want something more challenging you can drive 15 minutes to the nearby larger ski area. But this isn't a big problem given how good the rest of the experience was.

Pros:

The facilities (basketball court, the kids area in general, the staff, the activities for the kids, the view and the lake

Cons:

Not so English oriented so it was hard for us to make the kids understand all activities and directions
