El personal sin ganas de trabajar, confundieron la reserva y al final por una cabaña nos dieron una habitación familiar totalmente distinta a la que se había pagado
nada... quizas la presencia de pajaros en la zona y el tamaño de la habitacion.
Muchas cosas. El Bungalow tiene agujeros por todas partes. En uno tenia una gotera que caia justo en la cama. Nos cambiaron de habitación y de todas maneras hay agujeros algunos de mas de 4 cm en varios lugares, incluyendo la puerta. En la primera habia una cucaracha. La cena tardaron mas de una hora y se notaba que la trajeron de fuera. Debido a los agujeros hacia frio y las cobijas son mas que delgadas. En fin, no recomendaria a nadie alojarse aqui.
Muy regular. En especial por las bebidas calientes.
Que la ducha no tenía el vidrio completo y por eso se regaba el agua al interior del baño.
De otro lado, la habitación no cuenta con un buen closer ni tampoco nocheros adecuados para guardar las cosas.

La habitación no contaba con un teléfono/citófono para comunicarse con la recepción. El jacuzzi no funcionaba completamente. Los salones del hotel los alquilan para reuniones por lo tanto hay ruido en las noches.

The location was convenient
We booked 2 superior bungalows. We were shown to 2 rooms. Nothing like the description in booking, smelling like cockroach bait. Not bungalows. No explanation for why we got the rooms. When we brought this to the attention of the only person who was there, we were told that the place we booked was taken by other people who also didn't like the rooms. We were shown a different room, still not a bungalow. Be careful when you book here. Make sure you are going to get what you booked. It says it has multiple bungalows. What we saw was multiple buildings with rooms. Relatively small to medium. Not the size specified in booking.com and not worth the money.
It was a nice sized room with a great view overlooking the local river. The price was very reasonable and included a breakfast. The staff was very professional and friendly!
The rooms are nice and big. Not much else to say. I think could be very nice with some extra work done. sorry not much else to say nice.
We asked about the use of the pool as it is on their web page. The pool we where told is only for large planned events so we could not use. Strike one. Our room had a soaker tub s requested and paid extra for. As i was filling the tub there was no hot water and with about 10 cm of water inn the tub water was starting to leak across the floor. We told them about the problem and was told to use a towel to control the water. That was not going to work. They also said just turn the hot water on half way to get hot. That not work but what was the point as water would not stay in the tub. They said we could change rooms if we paid more. Finally they changed our room for no cost. This had a separate room with a smaller tub in it. The water would stay but no hot water. I went outside to check the water heater that supplied about 4 rooms. The heater was not turned on. Strike 2. There was not window above the door. I was not aware until told about it the next day by my partner. There was no glass in the window above the door. I filled with cardboard as bugs and lots of light came through. Strike 3. The shower door was broken and would not move to close. There was water leaking through one of the windows. the shower handle fell off. overall very poor. The place could be very nice if things fixed up a bit.
We never got to stay They cancelled while we were traveling 7 hours over dirt roads in the Andes Mountains on our way there

Lo primero que ocurrio fue que de manera deliberada en el hotel
Nos desalojaron después de haber pagado todo completo , nos pasaron a otro hotel y en el nuevo hotel no pagaron el hospedaje y fue un caos salir de ese hotel
