Location is very good and close to the Airport

Cons:

For the 3rd time l arrived with nobody to pick me from the Airport and the said driver to pick me had his phone off. When l arrived at the hotel after waiting for 2 hours,wasn't given any clear answer. Please inform clients to book their own pick up if you aren't able to do so ,imagine this was the 3rd time that l am promised pick up and l arrive with nobody to pick me up after 15 hours of travel,something is very wrong with the management of this hotel,if you don't look into it you will lose all your clients!

Very close to the airport
Pros:

Staff very kind and helpful. We left the hotel in the night and they provided good breakfast box to take away. They provide transfer to the airport (but we did not use it), excellent position close to the airport.

Cons:

A little bit old hotel with little mantainance, in one room the tap did not work at all (no water). Dinner sufficient.

The location and facilities was ok

Cons:

The poorest service I have ever seen. They see you parking it's like you are passing by, the worst thing is requesting for room service for an extra fee get it too late after calling to remind them. They had to drop us to the airport and we had informed them about our flight details but we had to book for uber while staff were busy requesting for 10k the room service fee as there was no car to drop us . It was very annoying. Thank God we didn't miss our flight at least Rwandair staff were understanding.

Little comfortable
Pros:

Shuttle pick up from airport is included in the price, the personnel stuff was kind. The view of the room was beautiful and the breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

I only stay for one night, the room was not very comfortable. The curtains were too small to fully cover the window, which allowed too much light in. There was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding area, and the mattress was very firm. The property could benefit from some improvements to the room facilities to provide a better guest experience.

I felt like scammed

The staffs were trying to over charge me;
So unfriend staffs;
There is a class windows on the top of the door allowing a light to be on the bedroom all night long super annoying;
The toilet smell a horrible mold
The hotel suppose to have a gym and were not available;
The stairs has a horrible smell;
Mosquitos on the room;
